I have known the owner for a while. And the person that typically did my nails name was Q. (He's a great guy) However, I came to this salon on a day that Q was not working and allowed someone else to do my nails. I was charged a $165 for a pedicure, balance, and repair. The cost wasn't the problem. It was the result. I took pictures outside of the salon of what my hands and feet looked like and sent it to Q. The person that did it would not correct it. And when I made ownership, aware, no one offered to correct the problem by fixing my nails. ( I didn't even wanna refund.) All I wanted was to feel valued as a customer and to get what I paid for. I truly wish this review would allow me to post photos so that it's clear what i'm talking about. I would not recommend this salon, because if you are not happy, they will not make it right. And it doesn't matter how long you've been going there. For the cost you'd be better off going to Charles Penzone rather than paying this amount of money and getting amateur results. At First Nail Spa, you are absolutely LAST!!!!!
Stylist: The woman that did my nails did a horrible job. I had acrylic all over my fingertips and the pedicure was completely substandard. She should not be doing anyone's nails, especially for the cost.

I love this salon. They are always so friendly and have such a welcoming spirit. And they are great technicians!
Cleanliness: Very clean...and they have new massage chairs that are wonderful!
Stylist: Tram is my technician and is wonderful....so is Tina...but they are all great.

I got a full gel acrylic set and they turned out AMAZING! Tina does the absolute best job ever and she’s my favorite nail artist i’ve been to. HIGHLY recommend and am always going to go to my girl Tina no matter what!

I’ve been going to First Nail & Spa since they open in 2018; I absolutely love getting my nails done here. The ambience is soothing/ relaxing and always clean. The staff is AMAZING!!! Everybody is sweet and very kind with great hospitality. I adore Tina she turn all my nail ideas into a masterpiece. She is my little nail fairy and never disappoint. I highly recommend coming here to get a service you won’t regret it. They even serve wine ?

My husband and I have been going to First Nails since 2019. Tina is excellent; creative and professional. The shop is immaculate and all service tools are sanitized and sealed for each service. The staff are friendly and care about their clients. I would definitely recommend this comfortable and relaxing shop!

I have loved this spa and all the amazing people that work here for many years. Tina and Angela have been who I primarily go to, but all of the staff are knowledgeable and do awesome work. They provide a very calming and child friendly environment that will always keep you coming back for more.
