I myself,my mother and aunt have been going to Pam forever she is wonderful. I have very fine thin hair Pam knows just what to to make it look thick. I have never been disappointed. Always a wonderful experience

My gray was coming in faster and I was tired of coloring my long hair. I stopped by the salon and talked to Michelle, who gave me a lot of information on how she could help. I made an appointment after noodling on it for a couple of days. She applied highlights and low lights and cut my hair to just below shoulder length. My gray is now blending in with the coloring and the shorter length is more manageable and looks much better. I highly recommend Michelle and Fantasy Coiffures. Thank you Michelle, you did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. I love my hair!Service: Haircut

Everyone who works in the salon is friendly. Can usually get a last minute appointment made for anyone. Prices are very reasonable and affordable for the area.

I went into get my hair trimmed before work and I asked for 2-3 inches to be cut off. When I left I knew my hair was WAY shorter than I wanted it to be (my hair was past my waist line) but the damage was already done, I didn’t want to be rude so I tipped 25% and left. When I got home I realized how insanely choppy and crooked my hair was. I texted Alyssa Faith who cut my hair and she said that I wouldn’t even be able to come in until the following week for them to look at it. I asked for a refund and to talk to the manager to which she ultimately said they would not give me a refund and that the manager would reach out to me in another week (2 weeks after my original appointment). I have yet to hear back from either Alyssa or the manager and it has been over 3 weeks since my hair was originally cut and Alyssa has ignored me several times asking for contact information to a manager. I’m so disappointed because I loved how long my hair was and I have never had an issue with just getting a trim.Below is my hair 3 days before my hair cut, you can see how long it is even in bubble braids. The second picture is my hair after it was cut- clearly above even my high waisted pants waist line and above my left elbow as well. The third pic is Alyssa ignoring my request to talk to a manager for the third time. I have yet to hear back from anyoneService: Haircut

Love scheduling with Joesi. She looks after my hair and has my best interest at heart with her advice, tips and critiques. Love the conversation, music and intimacy of a small salon. Plus, being uptown makes it so convenient too! Great prices, great service.
