I can't tell you how many times we've stayed there. One bad experience when the place was full of kids and Stupid parents for some kind of sports competition.

Very clean, staff was amazing. My daughter left her purse there, called and Ethan at the front desk was amazing. The cleaning people were honest and turned it in, I created a shipping label for same day pick up and they took care of everything. Highly recommended as customer service was top notch!

Ms. Vashti, the night manager, was amazing. We needed to change rooms twice late at night and she made it happen no questions asked. Not once did she make me feel bad about it. Please thank her for me! Excellent customer service.

We had a very pleasant experience spending the night here with our two dogs. One of our dogs is very barky, so we appreciated that we could access the elevators easily through a side door, avoiding the lobby.The towels and sheets were very clean and smelled like bleach (love that!), and the showers were spacious and clean. We also appreciated that our room had a long hallway to the door, because we felt it made the dogs less reactive to people outside.The rooms were pretty simple overall, but clean, and the beds were VERY comfy (maybe the comfiest beds I've ever experienced in a hotel).The hotel staff were very friendly and relaxed, and even the other patrons at the hotel seemed more relaxed than I'm used to, considering our dogs weren't the best behaved when they saw other people in the hallway.Breakfast was awesome too, and well-stocked. I loved that they had craisins to put on your oatmeal, and even a waffle maker that made 4 mini waffles instead of the one huge one that hotels usually have.The only two things I can think of that would have made our stay better would have better directions on what to do with our dogs (e.g., stairwell locations, best exits to use, designated bathroom locations, etc.) and being able to get into the fitness center and the pool area. We asked where to take our dogs, and the front desk staff weren't sure. Also, we weren't able to get into the fitness center or the pool our whole stay on our own, even after rekeying our cards a couple times.10/10, would go out of my way to stay here again.

When someone requests a handicap room, you should honor that request and ask what would be beneficial for that person. We had our reservation in for months, but when we got there, it was not handicapped nor were there any handicapped rooms left. Not just here, but ALOT of hotels do this! Listen to the customer!!Rooms: Nice rooms, just not ideal for an amputee below the knee in the bathroom situations. The shower is difficult if you do not have the correct shower chair and a hand held wand!Food & drinks: Great FREE breakfast! Plenty to choose from.

Great location. New rooms. Walk in showers. Thermostat climate control in each room. Great breakfast buffet. Well lit parking lot. Huge breakfast dinning areaRooms: New rooms. Big walk in shower.Nearby activities: Close to Easton Town center. Many shops and restaurants. Also many nice restaurants on Hamilton road. A couple golf courses nearby. 2 close movie theaters near by.Food & drinks: Many close choices in all price ranges. Easton Town Center and Polaris Towne Center are nearby. So many options

Servers in the breakfast area were helpful and pleasant. Front desk did there job! Rooms were clean and so was the gym. The hot tub was out of order.Rooms: Comfortable and clean

Location is not too far from Easton mall and right across a Target. Hotel and rooms are very clean! Friendly staff. Easy parking.
