On 11/15/2023 around 11:30pm. I strongly request whoever the MANAGER in charge of this location (DUCHESS , 6241 Sunbury Rd, Westerville, OH 43081) to look into an altercation between the store attendant who said she goes by the name "COCO" and a customer. She refused to place purchased gas on the right pump MULTIPLE TIMES. Disrespected the customer as much you could, by not acknowledging that she made a mistake but rather pushing the purchasing customer around disrespectfully. None should ever feel the way this lady treated A PURCHASING CUSTOMER. To the point other customers referred to her as very rude and shouldn't be working at a store if she doesn't know anything about customer service. I urge this company to properly train their employees. Not only hire unprofessionalism, because the store is desperate for employers.

DO NOT USE THIS STATION. I completely appreciated at 19° digging out $2 worth of quarters to find the air pressure machine isn't taking quarters, broken or whatever because the hole has metal in it - you know but still there. Further enjoyed my visit when the machine just decided to put 38 PSI into my tire when set at 32 PSI ONLY TO THEN LET AIR OUT OF MY TIRE BACK DOWN TO 25 PSI - WORSE THAN WHEN I PULLED IN. TO THEN ADD AIR AGAIN TO THE WRONG PRESSURE AND BEGIN LETTING AIR OUT AGAIN!!!! Oh, but wait! There's more! THEN it SHUTS OFF, NO SOUND OR NOTICE and LETS ANOTHER 7 PSI out of my tire! Yay! Get to run my CREDIT CARD AGAIN. THANK GOD I had a tire gauge so that I could in the VERY LEAST LEAVE WITH MORE AIR IN MY TIRE THAN I PULLED IN WITH. FIX THE AIR PRESSURE MACHINE - STOP LETTING AIR OUT OF PEOPLE'S TIRES SO THAT THEY HAVE TO PAY OVER & OVER!

Every time I come to this location the male employees working the register are working in slow motion and the transaction takes extremely long while a line piles up. I feel like they don’t care or have a sense of urgency. Also, I have on 2 occasions heard a women complaining to every customer in line, including me, about how bad she wants a smoke break. And I also on a third occasion pulled into the gas station where I witnessed this same women with the doors shut and not letting anyone in to take a 10 minute smoke break while 8+ customers stood outside the door. After she let them in she kept mentioning to customers when asked how her day is that it was a lot better now that she got to close the store for a minute to smoke. One customer stated to her “you must be really proud that you got to smoke, you’ve only said it 3 times”.I understand people have habits and it’s hard to get a break with no other employees in the store, but during rush hour time is not acceptable.

Fairly standard gas-station convenience store experience. All kinds of snacks and basic necessities for sale, plus fountain drinks and deli sandwiches. Non-bank ATM and restrooms (never used; can't comment) available. Customer service is hit or miss; seems to depends on the particular employee and their mood.
