I had the pleasure of shopping in this lovely store when visiting my friend in Westerville. AND it just so happened that I was there for a 50% sale. I got a brand new Tahari jacket, Lafayette 148 formal blouse, free people top, Asics sneakers and a Coach wallet. I was thrilled with my purchases and when I got home I looked at my receipt, still amazed at my purchases. I realized that I came home with 5 things and there were only 4 things on the receipt! I was floored! I sent an email to the address on the website and forgot about it until today, when I called the store and explained what happened and that I wanted to make sure I paid for everything I took home with me. The person (Sara) who answered the phone told me the person I emailed to no longer owned the store. I told her I was ready to pay and - BLESS HER HEART! - she gifted me the item! Just when you think it's time to give up on human kindness, DON'T! Can't wait to meet the new owner in person when next I visit OH.

Very hit or miss. The nastiest women behind the counter I've ever met. She was so rude, disrespectful and I will never shop there again because of how terribly she treated me and made me feel. Very disappointed. I'd give it a zero if I could.

Lots of upscale items to be had in all sizes from petite to plus. The sales folks were friendly and their stock was varied from casual to more formal attire, campy to classic. They are priced well and have sale sections and special markdown days.It is easy to see why this has been in uptown for a while - the stock turns over regularly and they always have a great selection.
