I want to thank Dasco for sending their rep., Dion Watts, from Richmond, IN. He was so respectful and helpful and got everything set up for my husband's oxygen. He made sure I knew what to do to change tanks. He is a great employee for Dasco and he deserves a huge, huge raise.

I would like to commend Brian and Gwen who work in Tampa Florida for their assistance in helping my husband Patrick Haverty with is O2 equipment. They did an excellent job of making sure everything was taken care of promptly. Both very pleasant people who I feel went out of their way to assist. I hope this reaches management.

reordered to get the same equipment I'ev been using for years, only to get a 100% DIFFERENT mask etc under the guise oh betterment for the patient... its cheap AND DOES NOT WORK.. i had a similar product yrs ago and dumped it. DASCO PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE RATES A " ZERO' as you never actually speak with a person to figure things out...... head to AMAZON.

Our service person Quincy came from Marion to service my husband's concentrator after I called about an issue. This was the first time in years someone had come to our home. He apologies for previous lack of servicing and expertly replaces the concentrator and provides new air hoses our home. Quincy explained about working of machine and old issues which had cause lack of service issues. I was very impressed with this person and his professional manner and his friendly interaction with our family. Thank you for hiring a person of his caliper. Was 100% satisfied with this service call. Also he contacted us within 30 minutes of my call to you and was here ASAP
