  I recommend going there during the week.
  
  I have never had a bad experience until Saturday. The ladies working at the blood draw were both unprofessional and unpleasant.
  
  If a patient doesn't want you to keep digging and poking where body because you hurt them it isn't the patients fault and making them feel bad because they asked for someone else is u professional.
  
  I wouldn't go on the weekends again- nor would I let either lady "stick" me (their words) again.
  
  The blonde lady at the I take desk was extremely friendly and updated my information on a friendly manner.
  
  Again never a problem until Saturday.

  I have been here twice now for blood draws, and they are the best I've ever had. Hardly any wait. Friendly staff. Super friendly and calm tech staff. They are all friends, and draw you in. Usually talking about dogs. Distract you from the jab, get you on your way.Plenty of parking. Easy access off Olentangy. It's their most convenient location for me, but I'd go out of the way for their professionalism and attitude.
