Do not use this clinic!!! We had the worst experience I have EVER had with a veterinarian! The doctor herself was rude and had no bedside manor but was actually gentle with the animal. The staff was very friendly and helpful - thankfully!!! My main problem was the astronomical cost on the estimate. She did nothing but physically examine the animal - no tests done that day of any kind. Somehow, she determined that my pet needed $2.2000 worth of tests, procedures and medications. Stay away from here!

I was planning to switch my cats vet to Cedar Hill anyway but a semi-emergency with her eye popped up so I called right away. They got us in a few hours later! The receptionist, vet tech and Dr. Johnson were amazing! I loved how they talked through everything they were doing and went over a treatment plan so there were no surprises. I’m happy to say we found our new vet office :-) Thanks again, Dr. Johnson!

Great service. Staff here is amazing and very compassionate. I received a sympathy card signed by all staff members after I had to say goodbye to my cat. That was much appreciated.

Dr. Headlee and staff are some of the most caring, attentive, and helpful professionals I’ve come across. My dogs are like my kids, and they’ve both gone to Cedar Hill their entire lives. I moved about 40 minutes away and still make a point to bring my girls to this vet because they get such good care there. They always allow me to adapt their treatment plans to what I feel is best, and are transparent about all services.

Vinny, my pit mix and I love Cedar Hill. Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable.Vinny get SO very excited to see his "Doggy doctor" I truly enjoy how wonderfully they treat my pup.I recommend Cedar Hill to everyone who has a dog.

This place was amazing. Every single person was so friendly. Dr.Headlee was very knowledgeable and so sweet to my dog, and Savannah was awesome. I would recommend this clinic to anyone I know!

We absolutely love Cedar Hill Animal Clinic! We have been coming here since shortly after they opened. Dr. Headlee and the rest of the staff are always super nice! I know my fur babies are in good hands while in their care. The clinic is super clean with the best technology and equipment to help your pet! Dr. H takes time to answer every question, explain everything she will be doing, she’s very understanding and more! We have also had the chance to see Dr. Mull a few times and she is just as awesome! The girls at the front desk are always nice answering my questions whenever I call back because I’m terrible at remembering what was said. Sorry! Dr. Headlee sees my dogs, cats and chickens. I will gladly drive the 40 mins to the office! They all go above and beyond for my fur babies and all of the others that come through their door! I cannot thank them enough!

The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They truly care about the pets as well as the people. Reasonably priced. Even after moving away from the area we make the trip to them. The level of care they provide is well worth it!!

Although the staff were friendly, the price was too much. We were unable to schedule a visit with our usual vet so choose this veterinarian instead. I read some reviews that the prices were fair, however, unless you are making a 6 digit income, I would recommend other veterinarian to visit. As someone whose had dogs their whole life, usually a vet will go over the least invasive and cost friendly options, understanding the financial impact it can have. This was not the case here. As stated, friendly staff, cost not so much.

I never worry about bringing Ruby to the doctor, even though she is anxious. She is always treated with kindness and patience.My mother took her dog to Cedar Hill animal clinic as well until she had to be put to sleep (cancer). Vet prepared us well, gave her dog a dish of ice cream after her sedation shot, and cried with us, as we said, goodbye. You simply cannot find more compassionate care!
