Where is the staff? Sign in the window says 10 minute restroom break but I waited for at least 20 minutes before leaving and there was cars waiting when I got there.

If I could leave a negative five star review I totally would. I have stopped at the BP at 6241 S Sunbury Rd in Westerville OH 43081 several times after getting off of work and the result has been the same absolute horrible customer service and experiences this is the fourth time now that I have stopped at this particular location at a different time frame and the lazy employees constantly have an excuse of the registers are transferring over to a new shift my question is how in the absolute hell is the registers transferring over shifts at different times of the night an example I've stopped there at midnight before I've stopped there at 1:00 in the morning before I've stopped there at 12:30 in the morning before as well as 2:30 in the morning before after getting off of work I stopped there because conveniently it is right off of the freeway and I need to get gas or something else before I get home every single time I've stopped they can't take my cash and bring me out for fuel or anything else because the register will not allow it I call straight BS absolute worst store I have ever been to worst employees I've ever seen and here lately it's seeming like the worst company I've ever encountered so a negative five stars would be perfect for them.

what happened the black male use work there so many years? HE is very friendly and care people. I think manager should check over with two people .I smelled something when i came in ( i am very sentive smell .I know what is it \u003e they did fool me and say wha wha and fool me that they dont know i am talking about . you better check out after midnight or no one come and surprise visit .They act like horseplay at work and other thing not allow it while they work . thanks

Large gas station and convenience store. Well lite, plenty of parking and a good selection of merchandise in the convenience store. Staff was pleasant and efficient.

I wish I had my phone with me to take pictures. This is the most disgusting BP I have ever set foot in. The reviews from the past 2 years have not been addressed, as it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. I have been in porta-potties around Hoover Reservoir that are much nicer.

Been going to this location for literally 20 years and have seen many come and go, but this was beyond ridiculous. I needed milk for our newborn babies (triplets) who were crying at 11:30pm…the fact that the late shift proceeded to “close for 20 minutes”, refusing gas sales, multiple cars left and he sat out on the washer fluid, smoking cigarettes playing on his phone, is beyond unacceptable.Literally the only review I have ever and will ever write fwiw.

The employees are great. Open 24 hours which is extremely helpful (especially b/c EVERYTHING closes early nowadays). Only 3 stars b/c the drink & snack selection is extremely lacking. For as large as that store is, there should be more shelving/displays. And at least 85% of the refrigerators are filled w/ alcoholic beverages so the nonalcoholic drink selection is minimal.

Friendly service but the men's restroom is really in bad shape. The water barely trickles at the sink, there was no hand soap, the urinal looked like it hasn't been cleaned for months, and the rest of the bathroom was dirty.
