Robert is so amazing! I called him because my neighbor was having some issues with his phone and I couldn't get ahold of anyone at customer support. Not only did he answer on the 1st ring, Robert walked me through all the steps quickly and resolved my problem right away. I will recommend him to my friends. In fact my neighbor will be coming by soon to purchase a new phone from him.

Went in to upgrade from an IPhone 8 to an IPhone 12. The gentleman running the store named Robert was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job explaining the newer technology and getting all of my stuff switched over to my new phone. Thanks!!

7/22/24 @7:15pm I went in THIS Boost Store & purchased a Motorola Moto 5G phone with a new case. The TOTAL cost came to $126.64. Once I got home, I realized it wasn't for me because it took OVER 3 hrs to fully charge; when I left the store, it was at 28% charged! The guy had put a mismatched generic non-Motorola charger in the box; the cord was black, the actual plug was white! That's why I believe it took so long to charge. I went to the store the next morning when they opened & explained that I wanted a refund, that it took over 3 hrs to charge, that it was cheap. The guy claimed he would NOT be able to give me a full refund. He charged me new activation fees, he charged what he called restocking fees, etc. I was in TOTAL shock!!! He ONLY refunded me $53.74!!! PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did!!! PLEASE know it's BETTER to order a NEW Boost phone on line, PLEASE!!! I had actually called their Boost 1-800# B4 going back to the store. They told me I would receive a FULL refund. When I told this to the guy he denied ALL of it!!! I asked for the Mgr; he claimed he was the Regional Mgr. So, I left VERY UPSET!!! I immediately got on my phone & called their 1-800# again. I told them everything. They kept apologizing, but they claimed they couldn't help me because I DIDN'T order it on line. The next day, I called them to CANCEL my Auto-Pay!!! On 8/19/24, I switched my phone carrier from Boost Mobile to Consumer Cellular!!! I will NEVER EVER do business with Boost Mobile again!!! They SUCK!!!!!!! I wish I could give them a 0 rating!!! BTW, I attempted several times to order that exact phone on line, but Boost was trying to force me to go to a higher cost plan, which is why I went inside the Boost Store!!! I didn't even have that phone 24 hrs!!!!
