I am a local realtor in Columbus and the loan officer for the mortgage almost cost our client the home. The loan officer refused to speak to me and my team. She would only communicate through the client. But because the client didn’t understand certain terms we had a very hard time understanding what he meant. I have been through a lot of transactions and I have never one time had a loan officer refuse to speak to us.

I have been a member of BMI for 30 years now. I love the service and the products. Recently we purchased a new vehicle and Sarah in the Westerville Branch was our L.O. She did a wonderful job and the process was lightning fast. I am picky and she exceeded my expectations (not the first time). If you don't want to feel like just another number give them a try.

This credit union is a joke. I’ve been a member here since I was in high school. I’ve been banking with BMI for almost 20 years. I switched most of my finances over to a larger, more reputable regional bank several years ago. This credit union doesn’t really have much to offer, beyond pretty standard rates and terrible customer service. In fact, the customer service is so bad, that my most recent experience compelled me to write a review, which I’ve never done for a business

Today , I was blessed by a lovely loan officer who helped me accomplish the things I have been wanting to do. She was professional and non judgmental, just was helpful as she could be. Thank you for having employees like her and the others that you have in place.

This bank does a "Hard Credit Pull" even when you try to open new checking or savings account. This is not mentioned anywhere in their website. Bank services were good.
