I recently had the pleasure of living in this apartment complex and I must say, it was a great experience. The staff at this complex is incredibly nice, caring, and always willing to work with you. They respond in a timely manner to any concerns or issues that arise, making sure that residents are well taken care of. The maintenance team is also very efficient and quick to address any maintenance requests. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex for its excellent staff and top-notch service.

They recently changed over to a new resident portal. With the big change the office staff was helpful. The property manager sat down and showed me how to function the resident portal, this made it a stress free transition. I love how friendly the office staff was.

I stopped by the property recently and even though I did a walk in appointment, the office staff was able to give me all the information I needed and let me tour an apartment. The office staff were friendly and informative. The townhome wasn’t a good size for my family but she was able to refer to one of their sister properties and that fit us best.

The office and maintenance staff communicates well. Even though I didn’t choose a renovation unit the quality of the townhome was amazing, the apartment looked new. Overall the buildings are old but it’s a good neighborhood. I recommend Blendon to everyone.

“My mom has lived here for about 5 years now and she loves the community. The property manager is always helpful. The head maintenance tech completes work orders in a timely manner and always go above and beyond. The office staff organized a resident event for the first time recently and it was great experience for my family. The new property manager really cares and it is an overall great neighborhood.”

I love this place the staff is very friendly and nice when I moved in last year in December and I can say I love the peace and quiet I don’t have any problems when I moved in everything was fresh and neat the management made sure I had the perfect townhome and what I love about these homes is they are in the cut and I’m close to the free way as well and I love that I’m 10 mins from my job I came from a one bed room to a 2 bed room with a finished basement and my own patio I’m so happy I found these apartments I can’t wait to cook out also they will help with anything just let them know they do be busy as well so if they don’t get back to you it’s not because they are ignoring we do have jobs of our own but they will get back with you ASAP I can’t wait to use the pool and thank you for the free member ship for fitness I feel like I’m welcomed to the community it feels good to be a resident in Westerville thank you guys for making me feel at home I couldn’t of done it without blendon townhomes thanks you’ve changed my life ?

I haven’t lived here in years. I started getting emails randomly again from them with no way to reply to them. I left this place for a reason, it sucked. Take me off your mailing list, Blendon.Addendum: You have my name. I shouldn’t have to take time out of my busy schedule to call you.

I have a lot of complaints about this place but it would take too long to write them all. All you need to know is it’s not all sunshine and rainbows despite what they chalk themselves up to be. Don’t move here.

Don't expect anything to be fixed with any a timely manner emergency or not. Ac is awful plan on either paying a very high bill (summer of 2023 mine was 290-380) ac was left on 75) still the place was very uncomfortable and hot or buy your own window ac. They do not communicate with residents about maintenance and will tell you they are not required to. This includes big projects like getting the roof fixed or driveways. So expect a surprise when it's 7am and you hear banning outside your window. The new flooring comes with sticky stuff all over it and won't come out unless you hands and knees scrub. Pool won't be open for months into summer and is typically a green color!

Been here officially a year and I love it. The floor plans, the neighborhood, the outside updates. We are in a renovated unit and it turned out so good.

there is absolutely no communication from management.there is currently roof maintenance being done, seemingly to my whole building, but we never received any sort of communication on the matter. i’ve had people hammering into my roof since 9am this morning, and there are nails and pieces of roofing material covering my patio and the front of my door. it isn’t safe for my dog to walk outside of my apartment because of all of the debris. the leasing office has no problem with communication when they are sending lease warnings but they don’t talk to their residents otherwise.UPDATE: woke up this morning to hammering on the roof at 7am. there are still nails everywhere, and i had to carry my dog across the street so that she didn’t step on anything. i called (during business hours) yesterday and no answer. i left a voicemail, and told the leasing office to please call me back to discuss. no response. i did, however, receive an email from the leasing office in regards to other residents “vandalizing the property.” the communication is there when criticism is being given to residents, but there is zero communication when the management is at fault. extremely unprofessional; i could do a better job if i ran the place myself.UPDATE 2: went to the leasing office today, the manager is on vacation. the assistant told me that it is not required to give notice because it is maintenance being done on the external part of the building. at this point, the roofing contractors have broken my patio furniture, left my fenced patio unlocked, and have left trash and debris on the property overnight. just because it isn’t law to give notice, does not mean that you shouldn’t give notice. i explained that i work from home and need to make arrangements ahead of time. lazy management, no communication. it would have taken 10 minutes to send an email regarding the situation. disappointing to say the least, but you get what you pay for i guess.i would like to note that i understand roofing is a long and messy process! but these things need to be scheduled far in advance. there was plenty of time to give notice on this. when it directly affects your tenants daily activities, you should send a notice. if i would have received notice, i would have moved my patio furniture on my own, and it would not have been broken. if i would have had notice, i would have commuted to the office for my job instead of staying home where people were hammering right outside of the building.

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would. We've been living here for about 4 years and received grief about maintenance before with the previous company that managed the complex. However, now since the management has changed communication with the office and maintenance is TERRIBLE! We've been waiting on things to be fixed for months. They cut a hole in our kitchen wall due to a leak from our restroom that has not be treated or fixed in months.Cabinet doors in the kitchen are hanging from the woodElectrical issues with our switches for our light and ceiling fans in all of the roomsLeaks in the basementLeaks in our rooms and the kitchenTHE LIST GOES ON!They took away most amenities when the management changed but charged more money for the rent. The staff is nonresponsive and very unhelpful. If you want to be comfortable in your home, DO NOT MOVE HERE!
