I do what I can to support uptown businesses and any small business, they work hard and deserve that from us. Cool selection of bikes, and e-bikes too. He explained all our options, answered our multitude of questions, and was patient, kind, and helpful. We never felt pressured to buy anything which was a huge relief. We felt that Darian was being honest and straightforward with us which helped us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He told us that we could get 10% off accessories bought the same day and since two of the items we wanted were out of stock he (and another staff person who was wonderful but we didn't catch their name) special ordered them for us and we still got the 10% discount even though they had to be special ordered. It was just a really wonderful experience. If you are nervous about being manipulated by high-pressure sales tactics you will feel very comfortable working with Darian at the Westerville location.
