“Met with Cooper Jones for some routine account maintenance activities. I was greeted immediately by another staff member upon entering the bank. As I sat down in the waiting area for our scheduled appointment, someone notified Cooper, and I was in his office within a minute of setting foot into the bank :-). Cooper immediately expressed concern over my apparent leg injury, as I volunteered some details with him. While addressing my banking needs, he offered many words of support and encouragement regarding my injury recovery including some from his own personal experiences. Super friendly, personable, supportive, and efficient. What more could you ask for? I will definitely schedule with Cooper in the future for additional banking needs.”
“Went to 5/3 on 6/8/2023, to add my husband to my checking account. Courtney was amazing! We had great conversation. I made an appointment with her to open up a business checking and savings account. Went in yesterday, 6/13/2023 to open that up. Was missing my EIN and she was patient as I waited on hold to retrieve, then ended up finding it in my photos on my phone! Was able to open up the business accounts and get out there.”

I've been with Chase for over 20 Years now and Love that they are in various cities and towns across America.
I had some charge disputes that a certain retailer *(Kroger)* would NOT address correctly or timely....(3 week's later) and I tried calling and contacting them via phone and in person which was a nightmare.....terrible services ???
Lucky for me Andrew at Chase Bank was able to pinpoint the issues and saw my receipt from Kroger along with my checking account used in transactions.
He got on the horn with Chase security and had my account properly accredited for the miscellaneous charges that was mistakenly charged to my account from their faulty self-checkout lane terminal.
After a period of time and with Andrew viewing my account plus the false charges, he wslas able to get them reversed .....
Needless to say that I'm elated and delighted at the excellent customer service and helpful understanding of my unusual predicament .

“This bank is one of the easiest that I can get in and get out. It has a drive through and walk up ATM do I can utilize either depending on how busy I am. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. Sometimes it does get busy and appears that there are not enough people and it usually is settled pretty quickly. The one thing I did learn is that they no longer take your loose change and count it for you. They will provide the wrappers but you need to fill them. This bummed me out because that was such a handy feature to have. Forced me to buy my own coin counter. Look for the friendly smiles and the courteous welcomes and you know you've found the place to bank. It's awkward on how you enter here but once you know you utilize the same entry as Tim Horton's you've found your way!”
