I am so upset with how I was spoken with and treated today at the Westerville rd store. Pamela P was yelling at me across the room because I asked one of the employees if they could help me put in a steering wheel cover on my wheel. I stated that I was asking if someone could help and I know that’s not part of your job but since I am a loyal customer and have had almost every employee help me when asked politely, I figured I would ask this time and see if someone had time to help me. She responded to be so aggressively and rude. I was honestly taken back. I explained to her that I have a medical condition and not strong enough to put this together by myself and have always had one of your employees help me put this on my steering wheel when they had a little free time. I also know that’s not their job but they always do that favor for me due to my medical condition. She still continue to speak rudely with me even after I have explained myself. She is NOT nice person from what I just witnessed and I am disappointed to be treated like that. I’ve been coming to this store for a very long time, since high school and never had an encounter with an employee before, all because I asked for help.

When I went to leave work today my car would not start and I had to get a jump. I drove straight to the AutoZone right down the street from my house. Lucas was the gentleman who helped me from start to finish. He went outside and checked my battery for me, we went back in the store he provided me with options for the best battery for my vehicle and once I was done paying for it he even went outside and installed it for me. From the time I first walked into the store until I was driving off the parking lot I was at AutoZone for maybe 10 minutes. I've never had better customer service at AutoZone then what Lucas provided me with this evening. He was very friendly & knowledgeable.
Thank you Lucas for the great service. I would definitely recommend this AutoZone

Good location with a helpful staff. I got spark plugs and I would recommend checking the gap size before installing plugs

As a store manager no matter what business I go in if it's clean and well kept I feel comfortable. The Westerville location was this and more staff great and Kayla the store manager was just over the top greeted me helped me find my product and shared knowledge and stories made me feel well trusted that she had a grip of what I was doing and needed.

Amazing Service! I cannot help but RAVE about Kayla the Store Manager. She was absolutely fantastic in all ways, installed the battery on my Infiniti Q50 Redsport and was so kind. Friendly, personable and honest. Couldn't have asked for a better expierence in any way. Cheers and I will be back!
