They were able to save me over $70 and went over each of the 5 areas that would need attending to in the next 10k miles. In addition they gave me an estimate of each of the 5 areas separately. “I definitely would recommend Buckeye Auto Care!! I called and was able to bring my car in the next day. Had an issue I was concerned about and they test drove it and did a complete look over on it and provided real time notes even with pictures. I feel that the quote they gave me was reasonable and made sense to the work needing to be done, not trying to add anything extra! They even provided transportation back to Buckeyes so I could retrieve my car. Definitely bringing my car back there in the future!”

“The tires on my new used car were needing to be replaced quickly. I figured it would be safer to ride on decent tires than ride on very, very expensive tires and have to finance them. I know these tires are great. I found the nicest tire shop with a very knowledgeable Manager who knows her stuff. I look forward to the honestly and her staff. My car is now safe and I don't have to worry about a possible accident. Yes, I trust Mr. Tire. Thanks for everything!”
“I’ve been a customer at Wayne’s for a few years now, and I’ve only ever had positive experiences. I always call in to make an appointment and am scheduled within a few days. I’ve had my share of poor experiences at other auto shops, and I am incredibly thankful and appreciative for how honest and helpful the staff at Wayne’s has been. They are upfront and honest about my car’s needs, will talk me through repairs and costs, and are always willing to explain or teach me so I can better understand my vehicle. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of the staff (special shout out to James & Nick, who have always been more than patient, kind, and informative). It would be hard to find better service or pricing in the Columbus area, and I won’t try to find it. As long as I live in the area, Wayne’s Auto will be my go-to for my car, whether it’s a simple oil change or an extensive repair.”

“I have been going to these folks for at least 17 years. They’re up front, do quality work. I had a ‘97 Malibu when I first started going to them, that had over 210K miles on it. One time it was making a funny noise. They took a look at it, and told me “yeah, it’s an old car with a lot of miles - they’re gonna make weird noises sometimes.” They could’ve made up something and charged me for it. I recommend them to everyone in town for the same reason I keep going to them: they’re good.”

“Great customer service and sales support. I purchased a complete kit front/rear and new brake lines for my 1962 Impala. installation was relatively simple but having a mechanical bone in your body helps tremendously. Had some hiccups along the way like a bad bleeder on the rear caliper and master cylinder but because of Dustin in customer service and his assistance in testing the system it was resolved quickly. I had my new parts within a few days and the results were satisfying. The car stops perfectly and feels awesome. Best advice I can give anyone is read the instructions carefully and don't be afraid to ask questions. I recommend you ask in advance for Isolation instructions, e-brake instructions and proper master cylinder bleeding technique. Very satisfied with this company!”

“This rating is for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT and does not reflect on the new car sales department.It's very easy to schedule service online and to make an appointment to drop off your car. I usually leave mine and come back later to pick it up but they have a very nice, very comfortable waiting area. I did wait once in the past and found the waiting area to be very nice.The service advisor who checks you in stays in touch during the process with periodic text messages. And the car is always done when promised. Service also includes a free car wash.To date, I've been impressed that they have never tried to up sell me any extra services - they're good at doing what's required and not pushing the extras,Prices for the routine A1 and B1 services are a little high but generally reasonable.However, during my last visit, I asked them about diagnostics for my backup camera and was shocked when they quoted me $180 just for basic diagnostics. For that price, I can live without a backup camera.Overall - very pleased.”
