“I had a card for a free oil change and a diagnostic check. 1st visit there. They were phenomenal. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, good news, they found no issues with my 2015 crv, also rotated my tires, didnt even charge me. I dont put alot of miles on my car, but I know i will be coming to grismer when they need replaced. They were nice and professional. Thank you for the great service.”

“The service at Harris is top notch. We take all our service needs to them. Joanie is very knowledgeable and polite and does the best at meeting your service schedule needs. I really like that they have loaner cars if needed. Our Honda CrossTour has a number one cylinder issue and most likely requires ultimately a rebuild. However, the mechanic gave me an option not to spend the money now and have me in about every six months to change out the number one spark plug and get an oil change with synthetic oil and I could defer the service later. We’ve done this now two times and the car runs great. We will ultimately get the rebuild done, but are pleased that this saved us thousands of dollars. I actually had this evaluated at three places and their quote was the most competitive for the rebuild. No matter the service needs, Harris Automotive does it in an efficient and professional way. I’d recommend their business to anyone. And now that they have added the expansion they will most likely be able to turn more services in the day. Our time is valuable and they take that into consideration when trying to meet your service needs and get your car back to you as soon as possible.”

“I definitely would recommend Buckeye Auto Care!! I called and was able to bring my car in the next day. Had an issue I was concerned about and they test drove it and did a complete look over on it and provided real time notes even with pictures. I feel that the quote they gave me was reasonable and made sense to the work needing to be done, not trying to add anything extra! They even provided transportation back to Buckeyes so I could retrieve my car. Definitely bringing my car back there in the future!”

I purchased a complete kit front/rear and new brake lines for my 1962 Impala. installation was relatively simple but having a mechanical bone in your body helps tremendously. Had some hiccups along the way like a bad bleeder on the rear caliper and master cylinder but because of Dustin in customer service and his assistance in testing the system it was resolved quickly. I had my new parts within a few days and the results were satisfying. The car stops perfectly and feels awesome. Best advice I can give anyone is read the instructions carefully and don't be afraid to ask questions. I recommend you ask in advance for Isolation instructions, e-brake instructions and proper master cylinder bleeding technique. Very satisfied with this company!”
“I took my Jeep Wrangler in for brakes and an oil change and some other major issues were discovered. Not only did Wayne’s explain what needed done immediately and what could possibly wait, they also worked with my extended warranty company. They communicated regularly and clearly throughout the process to keep me updated on status of of the work being done. Ordered the wrong part multiple times, causing multiple delays (requiring me to drive to the shop multiple times), and took a very long time to repair minor damage. Also my trunk panel clips are now broken (can hear them dangling in trunk when it opens) and one of the liftgate plugs is missing. Will not be coming back.”

“Took our truck in at 3pm on a Thursday. We told them to check a few things and anything else they felt should be looked at. Within a few hours they called to say the lines from the transmission were bad, too. It's always cheaper to fix things early on. Still had it ready to pick up within 24 hours. Excellent service with honest recommendations of needed repairs! Will always go back to them.”
