I’ve enjoyed this gym for a long time, but lately it is filthy and full of broken equipment. A recent review included a photo of a broken pedal on a bike. Well, they decided to remove the pedal from the bike next to it and who knows how long that will take to get fixed… if it even will. I’d avoid this gym if you’re new to the area and looking.

I have been here for years. This location has a management turnover issue and is looking tired and downright filthy. I am going to try a little harder to find another gym convenient to my daily path after the holidays. Really stinks. I wish they would reinvest. Gross.(Editing because I don’t know how to comment further.) Thank you for the response. Your reply doesn’t seem sincere. I’m at the gym if you need me to point out what could improve. I don’t want to find you and discuss. Just run your business better so a customer like me doesn’t want to post anything other than 5 stars. Here is another nice picture. This one is the air return. Ever change the water filter on the fountain? This is a shame.

Small but complete workout place. Clean inside and out. Great employees fast and friendly. Plenty of well lit parking.

I came to this location when I was out of state visiting. It was easy to find. The showers were really nice & clean. My only feedback would be that for all of the equipment they had, I think the inside was too small & not a lot of area to move around between machines. I’m partial to my machines at my home gym & prefer those to this location. Overall though, it was a good gym to get a workout in :)

Good luck cancelling your membership. They will tell you they need a written letter and after 3 attempts of them "never receiving the letter" they will tell you they need the letter to be certified for them to accept it. Never once during my multiple phone calls or emails did they mention that it needed to be certified. This has been ongoing for 3 months now so that's $120 that they've weasled away from me.

I want to say that Christopher is nothing but professional and the gym got cleaner when he took over. My contract already ended and he made it a smooth process on ending my membership and helped me during my membership freeze. He really worked with me on trying to get me to stay with the club. However, I just don’t think it’s fair that when I signed to cancel my contract on June 12, 2023 that you would still have to pay the last payment even though I didn’t reach the 14th day of my last billing cycle and the club charges your account bi-weekly. My contract ends on July 12, 2023 and my last payment was on June 27, 2023 and they charged me July 10, 2023 which only reached 13 days. However I’m disappointed in the club as I’ve been a member for a couple of years and they charge a club enhancement fee to which I haven’t seen any improvements regarding for new equipment. Also, I wish they had a month to month contract for members wishing to return but you have to sign a whole new contract with a price increase. If they had this option I would gladly return in the future.

Nice gym - been a member for years. This gym never seems to be too crowded, which is good. The place is clean and they have plenty of well maintained equipment. The only negative for me is an unfriendly staff. If they just gave smile, a greeting or an offer to help it would certainly benefit them with more personal training opportunities and better customer retention. Nonetheless, it's a good gym.

Leaving a 5 star to counter balance the 1 star review tat2dup left because he’s a troll and I’m gonna make sure all his reviews don’t count anymore. His name is JOSEPH NELSON NEAL and he’s a waste of space :)

Simply put, the staff are horrible. I delivered a notice of non-renewal as it was outlined within the signed contract - except suddenly there were new requirements to be allowed to non-renew, and I was told it would non-renew at the end of the new signing period.I was threatened will collections when I informed them I would be filing a complaint and issuing a stop pay order to my bank.Terrible location, terrible staff.Update: They falsified my signature and initials on a contract. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. They are willing to falsify your signature and initials - luckily they got my initials wrong in addition to a poor copy of my signature.

See no reason for 5 stars as This establishment is as advertised. Anytime Is clean, modern, and peaceful. A good amount of equipment that is more than enough for full body work.

this gym is terrible, the management is piss poor, between multiple rescheduling. to errors on there part cause they can not be at work on the schedule time frame that they have posted. to them writing test Message asking you to schedule an consultation appointment when this was already done. and scheduled by the manager. terrible

Pretty okay facility, horrible business.I cannot stress this enough; DO NOT get a membership here. As you can see in various other reviews, the contracts are completely absurd and they WILL cheat you in some way, shape, or form.My experience:I signed up for this gym when I was a college student because it was nearby and seemed relatively cheap. I signed on as a referral with my friend (who had been a member for several years) and was promised two free months, as well as a student discount. However, I was charged far more than I was told and never received a single free month. I didn’t really think much of it, because I knew I would be moving soon so I was planning to cancel anyways. However, upon trying to cancel, I was informed that I could not end my membership (even after I said I would pay the cancellation fee) while in contract because there was a gym “close to me” (the nearest one is more than 25 miles away in a completely different county and is a 30-40 minute drive — I understand that this was definitely in the contract, but the staff member who sat down with me led me to believe things were far different (he said it would only be $22/month after my discount & free months, told me I could cancel if I moved, etc.)) Granted, I should have fully read the contract, but of course, their staff is GREAT at pulling all the stops to distract and convince. Yet, I then told the staff member that I didn’t even have transportation to this location so there was no possible way I could utilize the membership and that I was recently in a car accident (hence the lack of transportation) and couldn’t even lift or workout anyways (based on doctor orders). She said she would cancel the account based on extraneous issues and I went on about my business.Fast forward, they sent me to collections! Now, as a young adult, my credit score dropped significantly and I’m now being hunted down for $300 that I simply do not have.I take full blame for my lack of reading the contract, but I do not take blame for being lied to and deceived by a money-hungry company. If you are in Westerville, go to the Community Rec. Much cheaper, no contracts/cancellation hoops to jump through, and the staff is amazing (at least when I went).
