Beautiful, high quality furniture. Purchase a large table with 8 chairs 20!! Years ago. Gifted to a family member, who is using for their family.
Ordered another slightly smaller table, and when a minor issue re: the leaves came up, the store manager stepped up and made it right. I highly recommend.

We were blessed to have won a sweepstakes I entered in for a dining room table with six chairs! Not only is the set absolutely beautiful but the craftsmanship is unlike anything you see in today’s furniture stores! I spoke with the owners a couple of times and their customer service was excellent! I personally had been to their store many years ago and was very impressed! God bless Mike and Beth for their kindness! If anyone is looking for furniture that is beautiful and will last a lifetime, please go see this store!

My husband and I have purchased several pieces of fabulous Amish-made furniture from this store. From a glass-front bookcase to sideboard, from dining room chairs to two bedroom chest-of-drawers to sterio cabinet. We went again in February to look for lamps, end tables, and leather chairs. Lou helped us and was so fun and easy to work with. The other staff members also reached out to offer assistance and answer questions. We did order several end tables and two leather chairs. Extremely happy as always with the quality of workmanship. Supporting the craftsmen here in Ohio is something we think is extremely important! Definitely put Amish Originals on your MUST VISIT list for your home decorating needs!

I have visited this store multiple times in the last year or so due to wanting to purchase a new master bedroom set, living room and patio items. Each time we entered the store we were blatantly ignored by the staff standing at the register when no other customers were in the store. I guess we weren't dressed like we have money so no one wanted to offer to help us. Went to a place called Weavers in Danville and paid a fraction of the cost from Amish Originals plus 1000% better customer service. Guess the review from 7 months ago that someone from AO answered didn't get taken seriously as they said because the staff still isn't helpful.

I am so impressed with the selections, quality, and friendly of the staff! Came here twice in two days. This would be where I'd get furniture if I lived in central Ohio. They do ship, too. There are small decorative items, customizable furniture, and even some beach themed art! You'll be glad you came here!

I had a bad customer experience at Amish Originals. We stopped in, and were looking for a coffee table. The ones in stock did not meet what we were looking for in terms of size and design. So we asked about an option of a custom table. The person working with us seemed difficulty listening to what we were looking for, kept repeatedly asking us for the same information on measurements and style. He seemed to not be interested in working in us, and repeatedly told us we should try and find an option that was in stock. He finally took all the information and promised to call us after talking to their craftsmen. Based on interaction, I guess I am not surprised we never heard from him? It was unfortunate, because we were willing to spend the money on a custom table, and the furniture definitely is well made. Just a very bad customer service experience...and they weren't busy at all at the time we were in the store

Stopped here while searching for Oak writing desks and sofa tables. They had a beautiful Showroom that was also decorated for the upcoming holiday season. They had sofa, chairs, living room sets, dining room sets, kitchen, office, bedroom sets, and many more. It was helpful that the prices included the different wood options available. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions.

After searching for a console table at so many online and brick-and-mortar stores, I was thrilled to find one with my desired dimensions at Amish Originals. The salesperson Melanie explained all the options for finishes, and she was very patient while I considered each detail. I'm so happy with the finished cabinet, which features a reclaimed wood top with the cabinet painted in eucalyptus color with custom wrought iron hardware. I had to wait several months for the craftspeople to make the cabinet, but that is understandable during a pandemic where materials and staff are limited. It was worth the wait!

Since I've been working from home recently, I wanted to upgrade my office desk to get a bit more space. Everyone here was incredible, helping with a custom design that fit the space. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out: the desk is gorgeous, and the quality and craftsmanship are incredible.

Just got our final piece and already want to order more. Many thanks to Lou! We are from Ohio/Michigan, but have lived in Texas for 15 years. We had to come home to find the beautiful furniture we had viewed and envied as young adults. Amish Originals store is fantastic. We walked in just looking and after having visited several stores selling hand crafted furniture we were most comfortable here. We received the bulk of our order months ago, the final piece shipping was delayed due to Covid. We could not be more satisfied.
