Driver saved me a lot of time and money by asking questions and making good suggestions for ways to handle the situation when he arrived. I really appreciated everything he did! Hopefully I won't need another tow any time soon, but if I do, I'll be calling here first.

Services that were provided for me today was awesome. Brent had great customer service. He towed my car safely . I will definitely use them again if I need too.

My daughter had auto accident. We needed a tow as the wheel was off the car and it was blocking the road. We have AAA and wanted to call them. The sherrif said we could not wait for AAA and called Als towing. We left with our injured daughter and the sherrif said she would stay with the car until the tow arrived. We went home and then received a call from the sherrif saying that Als towing would not take it a mile away unless we paid them $250. We said we could not leave our injured daughter. We told them to tow the car to their lot and we would settle up later. They picked up the car at approx 5pm Friday. On Monday morning they stated to get the car from their impound lot it was going to cost $580. In my opinion this is predatory practice. They are scamming people in a desperate situation.

Says open 24 hrs but they are not. Take it off Google because it false advertising. It should say open mon- fri 9 am to 5 pm. But I bet they tow after those hours.

Says open 24/7 but is not. Only option was to book thier service next day which don't help much when most people need this service asap

Matt responded quickly when called to service a dead battery. He had to use his truck to jumpstart the battery because the portable battery couldn’t get the vehicle to start. It took LESS than 15 minutes. I was quite surprised at the amount charged! It cost ~$140!! Note to self: ask what the service charge will be before scheduling.Service: Battery service

Absolutely had to come to google and leave a review for this company -- specifically for Brant, who took care of my family and our car. We hit something and had a blown tire on a very busy highway. From the time I called for an emergency tow to the time I was home he was extremely helpful and communicative, and it was all done in a short and painless hour and fifteen minutes. Tell your drivers that speeding on residential streets is all documented. Slow down .... very unprofessional and no regard for residential areas. That includes Woodslee and surrounding regions. There's pets and kids here. Have some respect.
