About Albany Commons
Albany Commons is a luxury, gated community situated on the edge of the exclusive Village of New Albany. The grounds are nice with beautiful flowers. The office staff are wonderful, nice, friendly, understanding, and great to work with, providing a warm welcome. Maintenance typically responds in a timely manner with wonderful service, though there can be occasional oversights. Apartments feature convenient attached garages. The neighborhood is friendly and very convenient to shopping. It is a great experience.

The new Carpet install looks amazing. They did a great job and even cleaned up nicely.

I really enjoyed my stay at Albany Commons. I may return someday. Quiet, nice, and very enjoyable community. I just wish my upstairs neighbors would have quieted their children down before 1am. I have to be up at 5am some days. I did turn them in, but it still did not get better. So I opted to search for sleep.
