I thought and voiced dissatisfaction, I felt delayed response had no excuses or explanations acceptable. Instead of an apology was notified to seek another vendor thus delaying receiving needed equipment, believe vindictive and petty not to mention unprofessional. This customer services in my opinion lacking !

The customer service was outstanding! Ms Hallie Fargnolli assisted us with our request for my son's new and older walker's replacement parts. She worked directly with the manufacturer and we were able to replace a broken nut cover, and easily install missing end caps to prolong the older walker's life.The resolution was excellent and our experience was the best we've had.LMLittle Rock

Bought a Nitro Duet rollator at a price better than Amazon prime. Free delivery, but the item was back ordered. Very responsive to email, provided a quick phone update on status. Item arrived when promised and we love it.

Good order progress communication, great price and value.Delivered carefully with no issues.Fold down handles make this wheelchair a good compact size so that it fits nicely in the back of my midsize suv without having to fold down the back seats.

Halle has become a good friend. When we ordered my wife's Eagle HD power chair, she stayed with us through the entire process, and is still accessible to us with questions we have had as we venture out into the wide world again.The chair itself is an extremely practical and well thought out piece of equipment. Even with my arthritis, after having a knee replacement and spinal fusion surgeries I can easily lift the 58 pounds out of both of our vehicles and have her on the go in a couple of minutes. It's that simple.We wholeheartedly recommend the Eagle HD, and urge you to get it from Adaptive Specialties. Their customer service really makes a huge difference! Now that we can go camping again, we're going to go to Ohio and make Halle a steak over the campfire!

We ordered the P-Pod chair and were very happy with our purchase! Ordering was simple and there was even a discount offered at checkout. A contact called to let me know a realistic expected shipping/arrival date and followed up once she had confirmation. The chair itself is awesome and is comfortable and supportive for my daughter. After deciding on an adaptive car seat I began searching for a seller with a good customer service rating. While many sellers offered the car seat, Adaptive Specialities received glowing reports for your customer service, this is how I chose you! After unpacking the car seat, I noticed the seat extender had not been included by the manufacturer. I called your customer service department and got Jessica Ward! Within an hour of initially talking with her, the extender was shipped overnight by the manufacturer! I have never experienced this level of service or efficiency with any order I have ever placed! Jessica is an excellent representative of your company and your products! Thanks to her!!

I had given Adaptive Specialties a one star for their product and customer service at first, but after they reviewed my comments they phoned me the next morning to let me know that they credited me the protekt cushion I was very dissatisfied with. They were very apologetic and understood my concerns that when I had purchased it I had consulted with their specialist and a sales associate to make sure I didn't receive yet another cushion unsuitable for my needs as a disabled person. This was my first order with them and they are the only company I have ever heard from and actually stood behind their product. The matter has been completely satisfied and I would recommend them.
