Trash store. Spent over $800 on stihl string trimmer and backpack blower.
They took the displays to the back then came back with them pretending to be new items and charged me full price. I thought it would be alright but I was so wrong.
The string trimmer is starting to wobble while spinning. The backpack blowers plastic parts on the handle part don't lock into each other anymore and blow off while blowing. The string on the string trimmer had also broke and had to be replaced.
Not to mention the sales representative couldn't answer half my questions about the items for sale.
I am very unhappy with both the customer service and the quality of items they sell.

Unfriendly staff. At the register I said hello to the cashier with no reply and then said thank you after my items were paid for and again NO REPLY. I could’ve understood the silence if the store was busy BUT IT WASN'T. I'm taking my business elsewhere!

The owner and manager really care about the customers. They helped to quickly clear up some confusion with their cashier and made it right. They went above and beyond anything I expected.

The store is convenient to get to, staff is helpful, the prices are high. The store goes thru employees like I go thru water bottles, everytime I’m there it’s all new staff.

I stopped in a few weeks ago to look at some paint samples and everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! One of the paint samples I purchased ended up being exactly the color I was looking for so I went out of my way to go back last weekend to pick up a gallon of paint and some supplies. Great customer service!

Have shopped at this store for the past year and purchased many items for my new home. It’s next door to the gym I frequent it because it’s convenient. A few months ago they posted signs on the door that didn’t allow gym bags in the store. I stopped shopping at this location because of this. I have personal property in my gym bag and do not trust anyone with it. I asked if they take women’s purses and they said yes. When challenged with how many women have given up a purse they were honest and said they have never asked a woman for her purse.Today I noticed the signs had been removed from the door and decided to stop and pick up a few items. After shopping for a few minutes and even being help by an associate I was approached by the manager and asked to give up my gym bag. I told him that I had stopped shopping at this store because of the policy and only came in today because the sign had been removed. He stated the it was still policy and that the sign had simply fallen down. Going to say that this is a lie. The sign has not been up for weeks. Being a hardware store you would think they have the proper materials to hang a sign and keep it up. Guess not! I did ask again about women giving up purses and he said that it is part of the policy but they have still never asked a woman for her purse.They are just profiling!!!I recommend shopping at Lowe’s or Home Depot. Cheaper and treat customers with more respect!
