Called ahead to inquire about an international drivers permit and they were very helpful. I drove all the way to the location and was told the camera was down… waste of time even after I called.

I could not get resolution from the AAA - Worthington office on an issue; so, I went to the AAA - Westerville office. The two individuals I spoke with at the AAA - Westerville office were very understanding, looked up an old receipt, printed it out, and even looked up the Customer Service phone number for Delsey Luggage. Kudos to the AAA - Westerville office for their customer service! I did not receive good customer service from the AAA - Worthington office and I've been a AAA member for 29 years!

stopped by to get my Passport Photos updated this past Saturday only waited 10-15 min until someone was available they came out great and was able to move on with my day. Also being a Premier Member they were at No Cost which was even better.

Be sure they must be short on staff at the AAA I went to. I have never had anyone answer the phone there when I have called the location. Although I did get to listen to the recorded message many times. Answer your phone!

Went in looking to save some money for my home and auto insurance. Agent Brook took me in quickly, and hooked me up with an isurance company that did not just save me money, but also provide a better policy than my previous one. Made an appointment online to plan a trip to Jackson, Wy. Helen is the AAA travel agent assigned to us. In this upcoming travel season which is going to be crazy busy she was able to get us flights and a car. By way of discussing our needs we changed some of our plans. I had spent hours at home online planning details. Next time we will call Helen Mount at AAA first!

Recently my car wouldn't start and I was stranded in Westerville. I called to have my battery checked and was told I needed a tow truck. Sigh. As a long standing card member. I'm concerned that I was told I would also have to find my own transportation to the shop where my car was being towed. It was cold and I was alone. I understand the seriousness of COVID-19 however I was not asked if I had a mask nor if I had symptoms or encountered someone who was sick. What would happen if I didn't have a alternative means of transportation? I'm grateful the dealership cared enough to pick me up. If they hadn't I would've been outside in the cold without a vehicle. I think that's absolutely ridiculous!! I pay for my membership and rarely ever use it. The young lady told me the last time I used a tow was 2009. 11 years later and the best solution was find my own way? AAA really need to do better. I'm absolutely disappointed in the company as a whole. For the record, I had a mask. I had gloves. I had hand sanitizer and wipes as well. I've never been sick and I too am an essential worker. I'm not saying the solution had to be me riding with the tow truck driver BUT I wasn't offered anything and I wasn't asked any questions. Maybe next time offer to check the battery BEFORE recommending my car be towed. It could all be so simple.On a positive note, the tow truck drive was great and he arrived in a timely manner even though the lady took down the wrong address. *deep sigh

My review relates to TripTic directions and AAA routing info through West Virginia. When I inquired about construction along the West Virginia turnpike I was shown and told that the entire turnpike had ongoing construction and possible delays. This turned out to be 95% WRONG! There was little ongoing construction except at Beckley WVa. where that project has been for years. Glad I did not take alternate Route 52 at 3-4 hours more!
