This gas station has a monopoly on traffic as a service center off the Ohio Turnpike. And management can't even keep the pumps running,five were broken today. Having people facing the wrong way in the service center to get gas on their gas tank side,which creates a safety issue.They must be making lot of money,you have no choice but to with them.

7-11, Prayers for the overweight male cashier, the lady was nice I asked for some tortillas chips with cheese, I went to pay I was happy, I asked the cashier "man I was wishing for these, have u every wished for something?" He looked me like I was a fool and said No, I said u never wished for anything, he said no, I said well I guess the genie who grant the three wishes could give u one wish, right, he said right and was looking like he wanted to do me harm, oh well prayers for him

Great parking for truckers. If you have a dog, do not go near the fence line that’s South of the truck parking near the authorize frontage roadway. My puppy likes to randomly turn around and run but generally runs into my legs, but she ran into the metal braces/posts of the fence this time. That metal post cut her face badly. Her nose was bleeding. And she has two cuts above her nose. I feel awful that I let her near that fence line. She wouldn’t even finish using the restroom after the incident. I’m a trucker so I can’t immediately go to the vet but I will keep an eye on it. I’m hoping it heals fine on it’s own. Either way, stay away from that fence. 3/14/2022

Had to stop for coffee break on the Ohio Turnpike. Very clean location and pricing for snacks very reasonable! Staff friendly!!

Really??? I was in disbelief. Pulled into the truck fueling area as I’m towing a 20+ foot trailer behind my truck. I pumped gas, and when prompted for the receipt I was greeted with the “see cashier for receipt” so I walk into the store and ask for a receipt only to be told they don’t see my purchase, then proceeds to tell me there is no “pump 17” so I walk all the way back to the truck fueling area, take the picture and walk all the way back in. Then with attitude miraculously they could provide a receipt.

Came here to get some gas on my way back home to Chicago. Pretty sure I've been to this location a few times but if you've been to one travel stop in Ohio, you've been to them all... Usually not too many cars here. Snacks are pricey, staff is friendly. Bathrooms are thankfully well maintained. Average experience.
