“New to this area. We love the selection. Manager is always very positive and friendly. Engages positively with her employees. Love coming here when she's working. Another weekday afternoon female employee is a good employee. Everything is very well stocked or ready to be stocked. Tight aisles but this isn't an issue since it's not busy when we've visited in the past 6 months.”
“The employees are always friendly and helpful. I think company policy must limit the number of people working because often there is only 1 employee in the store. The aisles are usually full of carts with merchandise waiting to be put on empty shelves. If Dollar General paid their employees more and treated them better, the employees would stay longer. Without enough help, the store is messy and even dirty much of the time.”
“This DG in Assumption oh is the cleanest, most well stocked I have seen. Restroom is clean an not used as a mop closet, papertowel is in a holder not on the assist bars. Shelves are fully stocked, no isle blocked by stock carts. Sheri was a very pleasant cashier”

If I can't find it the employees are willing to help point me in the right direction or suggest something else instead. Occasionally if they don't carry what I'm looking for someone will find a way to order it or help me find it at another local store.”

“Arrived two hours early, got loaded in four hours!Customer service is stellar! They people in the office aren’t big on small talk, and they will let you get used to the surroundings and read all the signs, while they finish eating snacks at their desks. They won’t bother you with pleasantries like greetings or “thank you”s.You will need your trailer number, and trailer license plate number.You will be assigned a door, and have plenty of time to relax! Hours!And when you check out, they don’t waste your time with humdrum civility. Not at all. They will silently seal your trailer, and wordlessly retreat back to their office so you can go on your merry way. Immediately. No dilly dallying. Get off the property! Because there’s no overnight parking, even if you burned your 14 getting loaded at this place.And the driver bathroom is superb! They’re offering free cheese in there.”
“I had to get an electric scooter for my client, and they were out on the end I was at. One of the employees bringing in the shopping carts offered to find one for me. Thanks for being helpful.”
