Somc was a bad choice, the doctor was worthless, could not tell a viral infection from a bacterial, had to go to another doctor next day for help. Also billed visit as outpatient,, not billed as normal urgent care.will never go there again.

The staff and doctors are so amazing and friendly always there to listen and help you get properly treated they are quick to get you in and even when busy and packed they work hard to see everyone in a decent time

Tried to get in , OVER & OVER & OVERRRR. my foot and ankle are shattered I believe. I don't want to goto seamen the put stitches in my thumb and now I can't bend it. They won't do anything either. So I'm just screwed laying in pain. I hate being stuck. The little desk lady said they couldn't do anything without Ortho. I know they can, I saw a girl at Walmart yesterday said she was just there Sunday, & she had a boot. I need one and something to help me walk. He's only there Friday.. don't they know what "urgent care" means? They should have someone to help anything at ALL times . ALL↔️URGENT. ALL=URGENT.SHEESH!!?! I'm hurting. I'm frustrated. I went to Mount orab, two hour wait. Couldn't wait. Had things to do. Guess I'll take me a trip to the new doctors by save a lot.You guys can love, like, marry this place. Not me. I've never liked any hospital or clinic . I'm a germaphobe, plus their not as clean as you think.1½ outta 10 ???♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️

I went to Urgent Care, very I'll with pneumonia. I could hardly hold my head up. They only had 1 doctor there and about 8 patients waiting. If they would have brought me a blanket and let me lie down in a room they weren't using I wouldn't have minded the wait but I just couldn't sit there anymore. I left after an hour and a half wait.

Sweet and diligent staffing! Relative and empathic care, great people! Most listen and take your views and concerns and thoughts into consideration. Diligent. Sometimes the wait time is out of this world long, other times it's direct in and seen and done! Highly recommend both family and pediatric offices. Dr Zeigler is absolutely amazing with kids and very understanding of parents concerns and beliefs, and gets that a parent knows their child and what's not usual with them, also respectful and caring in every way. This is true for all the nurses and aides and assistants as well. Amazing and greatly appreciated valued by many parents and kids alike! My kids don't want to see anyone else..they feel comfortable and heard and enjoy their checkups and unexpected visits alike.

We have really like the care we receive here. Our only hang up is that there should be more specialists that visit this location. If there is a six month wait for neurology going all the way to Cincinnati, there is clearly a demand to have certain specialists spend time at this location. Otherwise, the doctors who are here are great.

A good place if you can't get into your doctor. I've always used the urgent care. I've been there and got in a room immediately, and I've had a really sick kiddo and waited two hours to even go back. But overall a decent place and got good care.

In and out pretty quickly. They listened and gave advice with respect. They were kind and genuine. It was clean inside, even in the restrooms.

I don't know how this place has four stars? They care more about who's your doctor rather than getting you well. Two times now I've had to go to urgent care because "my" doctor wouldn't be available for over 6 days. Even after expressing how much pain I was in. Find somewhere else to go.
