Sad I even have to give them 1 star. They are horrible, unfriendly, liers and thieves. Stole money from mine and my daughters accounts. I'll never use them again. Ya want a reliable bank go else where.

Got a nice account set up, no problems like my last bank, who would mix me up with a similarly named person, the tellers are friendly and helpful.

We have several personal and business accounts at this bank for over 25 years. Due to the business account rules we are unable to do any online transfers, I either have to stop at the bank or call and transfer money. Now, no one answers the phone and I'm supposed to make a phone appointment. I am a very busy business owner, when I need money transferred I don't have time to wait for the bank to call me back. I believe it's time to move our accounts to a bank with personal service.

I cannot believe I have to go on a 53 app to schedule an appointment to place a call into my bank. I have banked at this location since it opened in West Union. I don't use banking apps on my phone. So what’s my next step?

i was recently deposited a check at the atm on sat afternoon bank was closed i called tues to see when my check would clear i was told oct 5 i asked why n was told by mgr shelia thats the way it is and also fraud dept had the check again why no answer i called them they told me because i used over draft to keep my acctg from being tagged nsf. the check was from another lending agency. fraud dept transferred me back to the above bank i was talking with anotherteller she said she would of asked why did i need the money where did i get and what i was goin to do with it. i told her in 10yr i have never been asked those questions i would have no intention of answering it. i also talked to mgr shelia she was very short had no answer any of my questions. iam getting things together to switch banks to usaa mark garrison
