West Union Cashland is a Disrespectful Place The employees are unruly they rip people like me off when it comes to selling stuff especially that one person who is far rude than the others because I tried selling a PlayStation 3 to them the first they were going to test one of the controllers they have but I forgot the charger but when I went to get it this rude female not even the manager at all said it didn’t count I have to bring my own controller so I got mad and cuss at them all in my defense they thought I was out of line they should’ve fired that clown that was acting like that this was a circus but I do not apologize and I never will they want to ban me for life that’s fine let them do it I don’t care anymore I’m just not selling anything to them anymore i’m giving them a one star review I should give them a half star but apparently there’s no option for that I hope they lose their business for good and I recommend anyone not to go sell anything over there because they rip all of us off just to make a quick buck they’re just greedy with money so long Cashland it’s been a pleasure not doing business with you all ?

I love this place. They are fair on the item's they sale. And they have always been fair with me when I pawn or sale something there. The lady's that work there are very kind & helpful. I am recommending this place to everyone.

Very long, but very honest review.I went there to look (and maybe purchase a firearm for squirrel hunting) I stood at the counter for 20 minutes while a sales lady was waiting on a customer, the other sales lady was just standing doing nothing, as she passed, I ask her if I could look at the bolt action 22 on the shelf, without stopping, she very rudely stated(and I quote) we don't let customer's handle the guns.(unquote)how can a customer buy a used firearm without making sure it's in working condition? The price on the firearm was over $300.00, I'm suppose to spend that kind of money without even given the opportunity to look at it.More importantly, there's a sign at the bottom of the firearm shelf that reads..ALL SALES ON FIREAMS ARE FINAL!!So... spend several hundred dollars on a firearm that a customer is not permitted to touch, if it's not in working order, no returns.If it's a safety issue, put a few dollars into trigger locks. I went to Walmart looked and held several firearm, guess what?? They had trigger locks. Never again will I go to this place of business, between the not being allowed to hold merchandise, but the rudeness of the sales lady.

I let my mom pawn my laptop which was in perfect shape. Then she went and got it out. We got it home i took it out of the bag and the door to the disc drive it broke off. They damaged my property which was not there but only in pawn til I picked it up. If I could give zero stars I would.
