“Went to Autozone in West Union Ohio today to get our battery checked to see if we needed a new one! Of course we did. Ordered a new battery and went to change it out for the new one. And ran into issues. The old battery had saw better days and was a pain to get out. Not 1 but all 3 employees working were there to assist us in any way possible to get this battery out. Finally they got it out!! So a huge shout out to Luke, Dom and Kevin from the West Union Autozone. You all are a perfect example of what customer service should be! Can't thank them enough.
