I had been going to tri county for a good 8 years for my cats. My Stripe got to where he had lost so much weight, he was a senior and I had tried a better food. Couldnt afford extensive testing as I am on social security. I called and got to talk to I think the office manager. I explained about the testing, and that I did not want Stripe to suffer. I also explained that at the time I only had $100 but our house had sold and in 2 weeks U would have quite a chunk of change. I was met with the answer that my best bet was to euthanize him. Now this woman is an office . manager and even if she were a vet she could not tell me over phone that Stripe needed to be put down. It was her same old song and dance if you cant pay you cant get medical help for your animal. This was extremely uncalled for as I was crying and upset. I think about the older folk on social security, they cant afford food, medicine and a companion. I thank God that there are still caring people in this world like the Arc in Wooster. You know if these people dont like animals and dont want to help, then get on down the road. Really used to be such a great place to take your pets. Last time time I took Stripe he had bad ears, they tested and handed me cleaner and antibiotic BUT they didnt cleanhis ears in the office. They are trained, dont you think it would have been easier on Stripe for them to get the most of it out. If I had a pet mouse, it would not go to Tri-county. You should be ashamed of yourself Ms. Office manager. You need to go manage a gas station bathroom with your demeaner

The staff has always treated us with respect and have worked with us extremely well when it comes to billing. They also truly care about your animals and they don't gouge on prices.

The vets at Tri County are top notch. We use them for our farm and they do everything humanly possible to give the animals the best care. 10 out of 10

I called to try to find help for my dying puppy and was met with a very rude, unsympathetic response. Sorry we aren't accepting new patients at this time, is what we where told. And that their doctor was too busy to help.

Everyone there is always very nice. They were able to work us in to see our sick kitty the same day we called, and gave her relief
