Stephanie, you and your team saved me from being stranded for the weekend after getting a flat. I didn't even realize that the type of tire on the Nissan Rogue was not standard and is usually a special order. You had the tire in stock and got me on my way. You and the tow driver (Teddy) were my guardian angels on Saturday and enabled me to get all the way back home to South Carolina in time.

Best place around to get tires or rent a penske truck! If they don't have the tires ypir looking for in stock, they will get them (within a day or 2). I rent trucks alot from there, I've never had problems and never had to wait. The girls at the front desk are very friendly and efficient, there's no playing around in that office!

4 years ago I would say it's a great place now the customer service is bad especially when you get in your tires rotated I had one of the employees kicked us out of my tires twice so hard on two different occasions and rust fell off and said I need an alignment which I knew alignment at that time I did not need it because I've already had it done since that happened I never went back never will I'll take my business elsewhere and they are lucky that they're only getting one star if I had my choice they would got zero
