I dropped off my daughter’s FFA jacket that needed her office and years added to the front. This was on September 13. I was told it would be ready in 1-2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I called multiple times and no one ever answered the phone. On October 10, someone finally answered, and the jacket still was not done. I was told “it will be done today”. They called me a few hours later and said it was done. When I picked it up, there are gobs of gnarled up thread on the inside and the number that were stitched on the front side are messy. I do not recommend this place

I so appreciate Travis and the team at A Special Touch Embroidery! I ordered some apparel and tumblers from them, and everything turned out great. They made the process easy and even shipped the tumblers to me. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Places that offer these types of products often seem a dime a dozen in those big cities and especially online. This place is different! From the time you walk into their small but quaint entry to the superior service you receive from the actual owner. Sure you can find whatever online but you won't get the personalized service because frankly those online guys don't care to them you're unimportant to their business other than your money. That's where these great people come in when you shop here your money stays here, you get a personalized service with guaranteed satisfaction. They'll also hand deliver the product to your business. So when your in the market for promotional products, shirts for church, school or family functions give these great people a chance you won't regret it. But wait there's a little more for the busy on the go type of person that don't have the time to visit them they have a very simple easy to navigate website with home delivery like the other guys. They've literally done it all now you don't have a reason to not try them out!
