“My vet, Dr. Paige and her staff are wonderful! They have cared for my animals for so many years, I've lost count. Throughout the years, no one has ever exhibited insensitive or uncaring behavior towards my pets or me. I would have found another vet had that happened.
I appreciate Dr. Paige's honestly when I struggle to make the right choice. She never tells me what to do, but lays it out in a way that helps me to make the decision that's right for my pet, not me. For that I'm extremely grateful.
Another reason I stay is how they have treated my beloved fur babies when it's time for them to cross over Rainbow Bridge. To see my vet and staff with tears in they're eyes speaks volumes and I am so grateful to have them caring them for all of these years. I can't thank them enough.”

“Hi I'm Cooper I had my first visit today. Everybody was really nice. They gave me medicine to get better. If I ever need to go to the dr again I hope I get to come back here.”
“we switched from a vet 3 min down the road from our home to a 30 min drive up to northmont! my three gals have seen all three docs and they are all fantastic- everything is explained in detail, including risks, benefits and costs. i feel much more secure in the care that they are getting, so i will continue to bundle my pups up and make the drive to this office!”
“The staff here is SO friendly. My dog has anxiety surrounding the vet, yet everyone was so kind and patient with her. Dr. Jacob is the best! I can’t imagine taking my pets anywhere else but here.”
“I am a PWD breeder, and I drove a 14 hour round trip (from Canada) to see Dr. Davis. The experience I had at this clinic was wonderful. Dr. Davis and his staff took their time with me, and explained everything very carefully.
I highly recommend this clinic!”

“I highly recommend Printz Veterinary Services. I started taking my Saint Bernard there when Dr Trent first purchased this clinic. We bought Sheldon at a pet store (all of our other dogs have been adopted) and received a free consultation and all the staff were so great we have taken both of our Saint Bernard dogs there since then. We drove an hour each way from Washington Township to Englewood for their visits. Sheldon had many serious conditions coming from a store from hip dysplasia, allergies, chronic ear infections to finally bone cancer. Dr Trent and Dr Lea were so great to my boy from his hip replacement surgery (referred to OSU veterinary hospital) to his final visit last month. When he had hip surgery Dr Trent called on our way home to see how his surgery went after closing time just because he cared so much. When we found out in our worst nightmare he had bone cancer at 7 1/2 years old and decided to let him go so he wouldn’t suffer Dr Lea and the staff were so kind. I have never had any kind of experience with any other vet like the way they treated us on his last day. They laid a blanket down in the room and gave our boy his first shot to go to sleep and then gave him chocolate ice cream and frozen bacon fat (which he ate every bite very happily) and left us on the floor petting our boy until he fell asleep. Then when we were eventually ready with no rush they gave him his shot to stop his heart. Most other veterinary doctors just let you visit then do their job but Dr Lea and their staff made it such a special, kind and caring visit and I couldn’t thank them enough for the lovely treatment we received. I highly recommend this practice to everyone with a pet, we still take our dog Oliver there and will for as long as he lives. Thank you all at Printz Veterinary Services for everything you did that sad day your warmth will never be forgotten!”
“I found a kitten dying on the sidewalk in front of my house (it may have been hit by a car, was clearly suffering) and when the publicly funded animal shelter refused to take it or do anything other than give me a list of other shelters in faraway counties, I was at a loss. When I passed this animal hospital, I figured I would just see if there was anything they could do, and the receptionist was very compassionate; she realized that the kitten was suffering terribly and immediately offered to take care of it, free of charge. I am so grateful for their willingness to help in that situation, and can tell that they truly care about animals, even poor feral ones.”

“Walked in inquiring about employment. Although they were not currently hiring. The staff was very polite and responded respectfully. Appreciated the time they took to answer my questions”
“My Aussie had just passed away today. She had parvo. I had done everything to my ability and so did the nurses and the dr. The dr had called before he left just to give condolences and had even kept her an extra night for free because he was hopeful, however he was not promising. They didn’t get my hopes up and they had saved me about $400 in the process. I apreciate everyone. The receptionist was challenging me as to what the dr said and very inconsideratly told me she had passed which gives the 4 star rating. As for the doctor, the care my baby got, and the compassion of every other staff member there, I am very greatful and would never had wanted my baby to be in another place. Thank you so much for the care that my baby got and thank you so much for the attitude and understanding I got from this amazing place”
“I love the staff and Dr. Thorpe. I was in just recently with my COCO she was having issues of itching alot. I tried stuff first before I took her nothing worked. I made appointment with Doctor and Jessie helped her. Dr. gave acouple shots and medicine. They really helped my dog she feels so much better. Sarah has help me alot of times in the past and presents she is awesome with my animals. Sarah helped me with Madea Sarah is very caring person about her animals. I don't know what I would do without Sarah and Dr. Thorpe and all the other staff too ❤️”

“Dr Amy was/is amazing. I was worried because my guy is such a grumpy old man but she (and her wonderful assistant) was great with him. They eased my soul by providing so much information and being very thorough. Kage is our grumpy baby and I thought we may have to say goodbye but we don’t there are options. So grateful for her help. I love that she came to our home to see Kage in his environment and she could see his food, environment, and all his treats and supplements…and see how much of a princess he is lol. Thank you from the bottom of my heart”
“The team at the Animal Eye Institute Of Dayton did a great job with my dog Jasper. They were professional, caring and you could tell everyone there are animal lovers!”
“I would like to tell everyone to ignore the negative review that I left earlier today regarding the phone system of this clinic. This animal hospital is VERY professional and they WILL take excellent care of your pets. I did not fully understand thier phone system and in my impatience, I left a negative review that they did NOT deserve. I would like to apologize for my actions.”
“I had the best experience here with my cat. She was having some skin issues and they immediately figured out what was going on. Gave her lots of love. Everyone knew that there was so sweet. I was actually shocked to be honest. Well forever, use them As our regular vet, we even signed up for one of their wellness plans and we’re a little short on funds for the entire thing and they made it work For me forever grateful for the Banfield vet Family!!”
“We've been to North Main Animal Clinic often, they are always cheerful & helpful. They have benches are gentle with our animals, Frrlom cleaning troublesome ears to vaccines, the staff will help you with your needs. I highly recommend them”
“My dog is really fearful and reactive towards strangers. This was his first time going to the clinic and I was a little worried he wouldn't cooperate. He usually ends up muzzled at the primary vet's office. I told the Petco vet tech that my dog may need muzzled, but they didn't seem too concerned. They were so great with him, and the whole process went way more smoothly than I had imagined it would. Great experience, friendly staff. I will definitely continue to use the clinic for annual vaccines and have recommended it to friends and family.”

“We've been using these guys for years. They are great with kids and they are great with pets. They also kennel the animals so when we need to take a short trip we can know that our critters are gonna have good care. They follow up well, they are caring and capable. Location is really nice too, centrally located and easy to get to quickly.”
“I am very happy with the care my animals have received at this clinic. It is obvious they care and Dr. Paige has always been wonderful! So happy to have found them.”
