Our hats off to Dan K. who dropped off and picked the pod. He worked with us to put the pod where we needed it to accommodate upcoming construction and he was very pleasant to work with. “The facility itself is 5 stars.... but I gave it a four only because of the bullcrap policies the U-Haul companies has.... but when I did use the cargo van to move my belongings.... their policies was making it just a tad bit difficult in which I ended up getting frustrated with the customer service workers.... But I ended up apologizing right after because the issues had nothing to do with the workers and they were only doing their job in which I appreciate them for that”

My father does not like or trust many people or businesses but she was able to sell him a storage garage and he didn't even have a complaint or negative thing to say when we left. So amazed I had to leave the review she asked for when I got home.”
