Ive used Bill often. While there was always some issue that caused the quote to be higher it wasnt a huge deal and I always paid without question. Till this time. Went in and was quoted one price and then was told it was double. He stated it was due to an unforseen issue. I called several mechanics and none stated it should have been double. I insisted he stick to his original quote. (Mind you I have had 3 vehicles in there for over $2500 in repairs in less than a year) He stated if he did that he would no longer work on my vehicles. Why....because I insisted he stick to his quote and I wasnt going to stand for price gouging. He honored his price....but really disappointed me and my family. (Who by the way he has serviced my wifes vehicles and her parents vehicles for years) Now I have to wonder if each of the increased quotes from before were legit reasons or just greed.....
