So excited to find a local electrician. The lady that took the call was the best part of the experience. They arrived to do simple installation of ceiling fans & outdoor lighting. Within minutes of them leaving, my husband noticed that our hallway ceiling was cracked while the gentleman was in the attic walking. It's not a minor crack but significant. He had to have known what he did. We called, took pictures, of the damage, they came back out took pictures and was supposed to speak to the owner and get back with us which they never did. Then we also noticed where they nicked our ceiling where one of the fans was installed. Thank goodness we are in the process of remodeling or this entire situation would have been really bad. No one ever got back with us but then we received an invoice in the mail. I finally went to the office to discuss the issue. They didn’t want to fix the hallway damage and just considered it a wash & made our balance owed zero. Now however, we have a cracked hallway ceiling. We had planned to offer them a lot of business. Unfortunately that is not going to happen. Very disappointed!Services: Fan installation

Countywide electric was the best sub contractor for our entire build! So grateful to have such an awesome company work on our home. We had 3 separate crews come out and every single crew member was respectful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to answer questions (and put together my ridiculous ceiling fan ?). We just had a simple issue that we couldn't figure out, they came out the next day. No questions asked, no trying to push us off bc we are pretty far out, they immediately scheduled it and took care of our concerns.Service: General construction

They did a vary sub par job on my new build house. The entire left side of my house is on one circuit and the lights dim when turning gnon the vacuum cleaner. They say they won't come fix it because i added outlets. (The outlets are in the garage on the opposite side of the house) I was told my warranty was voided. I haven't even taken possession of the house yet so its still a construction issue not a warranty issue.

Shout out to countywide electrical contractors, they're fast and efficient and very professional, if I could do more than five stars I would I recommend them highly, keep up the good job guys

They came out 2 months ago on a Friday. I was told I would have an estimate the following Tuesday AT THE LATEST. I called the following Thursday and 2 weeks after. I still have not received the estimate. Very unprofessional.
