It doesn’t matter what time of day I go in there for lottery it’s always shut down, I went in last night at 8.15 sorry no lottery , I asked why ? She said we close at 9! I was livid ! Went in two days prior at 1 pm sorry we are closed! Lady behind me put her items down and walked out as well! Only time it is ever working is when the manager is in there! I won’t go back, lost my business for everything including gas!

Went into Shell this morning and the person in their told my husband that the lottery was down. Their lottery is never open and they are never able to cash tickets. That besides the store wasent even open till after 7 am. When you go in there at night time there is some kid with long hair down to his butt that looks homeless working and also blasting rap music with the N word and talking about doing drugs. My husband just went back a few mins ago to get lottery and they said they would not sell or cash lottery because that makes for too much contact. If people are gonna act that way why stay open.

Don't get gas here if your car windows need cleaned too. I wasn't happy to find that none of the windshield cleaning containers had water. Had to drive off with buggy windows.

The people are very nice but the atm charged my account twice for the transaction fee, once was added to my withdrawal total and then it was charged a second time as a separate transaction
