This crew is good people.On the way to see my infant niece meet her great grandmother for the first time, My exhaust pipe was sheered off just before the muffler and my car was left sounding louder than the Horn of Gondor.I pulled off to buy earplugs and took a chance and called the shop nearby and asked if they could get me in in the next few hours (i was driving to Chicago a day later and needed to get it fixed and was going to have to miss my niece and great grandmother meeting.)less than ten minutes later my car was in the air, it was repaired in under an hour, and I was off to my grandmothers, Absolutely incredible job that will probably outlast the rest of my system, These are the real dean genuine people who are here to help. the price was impressively fair, and i am so incredibly grateful to the crew at BA auto”

“The tow truck driver was great. They got called away to help out with a wreck but they called me to let me know they would be later than they planned. “This place was great! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. The owner Jim was always very accommodating and took his time explaining anything you wanted to know about your repair. When we had delays and a time crunch, he offered solutions and reassurance that he would make sure I was taken care of. Jim has a great reputation with the rental company and the insurance adjuster which made it a less stressful for me. I will definitely go there again for future needs. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because parts were delayed and I had to initiate the communications to get updates versus being reached out to by the shop, the first time I went to pick up the car the check engine light lit up within 2 min which required me to pull back into the shop and the repair duration was extended a couple weeks, and they didn’t have full capabilities for the repair which had us waiting on the dealership to finish the job. “There was a gentlemen who was alone, with a short beard, who worked on our car out of goodwill. Had a screw in our tire, he stopped what he was doing, and he fixed it expecting no repayment . Absolutely a blessing. Both gentlemen there today were fantastic and polite.”
