“This place was great! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. The owner Jim was always very accommodating and took his time explaining anything you wanted to know about your repair. When we had delays and a time crunch, he offered solutions and reassurance that he would make sure I was taken care of. Jim has a great reputation with the rental company and the insurance adjuster which made it a less stressful for me. I will definitely go there again for future needs. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because parts were delayed and I had to initiate the communications to get updates versus being reached out to by the shop, the first time I went to pick up the car the check engine light lit up within 2 min which required me to pull back into the shop and the repair duration was extended a couple weeks, and they didn’t have full capabilities for the repair which had us waiting on the dealership to finish the job. “Yes, most of the guys working there are new.But the gentleman that helped me and did the service on my car was informative and kind. Even when the billing added something that wasn't supposed to be there they figured it out by working together. I got my oil change and a battery. I usually have it done in Marysville but the battery was only available in Bellefontain. I can say the guys at this shop are nicer and actually smile.”
