I was desperate for a storage unit so I called this company 6 days in a row trying to rent one of their units. Most of the calls were left with no one picking up and me leaving a message. Twice my call was picked up. One of those times the person who answered told me she would call me back, she wasn't around her computer and couldn't see which units were available. She never called. The second time she answered she said their systems were down and she would call me back. She again, never called. Don't waste your time on them. The only reason I put so much effort into it was because they were the only rental in town that had a 10x10 available. Now I know why.

We had ordered fries which were flavorless, the "quesadillas" we ordered were rolled up like a burrito and stuffed with cheese and thrown on the grill for maybe a minute and the cheese wasn't near melted on the inside. The chicken wrap and Philly cheesesteak weren't that great either. I called to get more info on the menu but the person didn't seem confident on what was on any of the sandwiches that they offer. Definitely could have made it 100x better at home...

Place is pretty run-down. Units open. With stuff still in them. You mite thank being next to a fire station. They want to keep their establishment clean. Also definitely use. Locks that cannot be cut by lock cutters. Yes it is that type of establishment.
