They were excellent in all areas, as well as in communication—from beginning to the end of our project. Deliveries came as arranged and items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guys were prompt, called 20 minutes before arrival and were very courteous and professional. They carefully unwrapped and placed items where requested. They did a great job! Brian and his team were terrific to work with and went above and beyond with responsiveness and professionalism, especially when one item needed to be replaced (vendor’s error, not CEM’s).
