Check in process can be slightly annoying due to the digital system they have, but the staff are absolutely fantastic and they even gave out goodie bags for trucker appreciation week.
I know it seems like a small thing, but I really do appreciate it.
No idea about lives, as I always drop n hook.

4 hours to get loaded. Adhesive for their load bar placed over my trailer number. When I showed the shipping office the pictures of the load leaning backwards, they said “it was because of the air bag, it’s fine”. Their load bar is not up against the freight.

Over 2 hrs to load then sat in office 45 min waiting for paperwork to then sit at gate 15 min before they would release, almost 3.5 hrs total

It is very well maintained, clean, and very, very awesome security guards. I'm very impressed with the awesome reception I get each and every time I pick up my load going to Wal-Mart distribution center in Gordonsville, Va. Thank you for always having my load ready when I get there. Yinz are second to none. In fact, Yinz are the best.

Great place fast unload plenty off room to back up into door an it’s driver week so they have good food for the drivers some you hardly see these days

Arrived after appt time. No wait to get in. Big yard, decent unload speed. There was an issue with my BOL but it got sorted within 30 mins. Vending machines and restroom in the S/R office area.

TERRIBLE! couldn't pick up the trailer because they didn't unload any of them. wasted time, money, nerves! the next day we came to pick up an empty trailer, the guard at the entrance is a very inadequate woman. she opened the gate and then yelled at me that I had no right to be in the territory. she did not give her name, she worked on March 12, 2022 at 9 am. terrible woman!

The worst run warehouse around. Ever since CJ Logistics took over this place is a joke. Slowest service checking in at guard shack. They have no concern for a drivers time. Incompetence at its worst on display here on a daily basis.
