If I could give this zero stars out of five I would for this visit. Group of us stopped at the West Jefferson Ohio location ( Store number 470-5325) that states like many other locations that it’s open 24/7. We’re at the facility and there is no one available & we’ve waited an hour and there has been no one to unlock the door or even inside but the store is lit up and the registers are on and when I call the local store phone number with no answer, you name it there’s nothing to do or a way to get ahold of someone besides the 1-800 customer experience number which just gets you to the voicemail to leave a message including the store number and location and they’ll return your call at some point. There’s no note on the door to state they’d be back at a certain time or if they had to leave or some thing such as an emergency came up, etc. as a customer that has come here for years I have an expectation level that’s very high regarding someone being here at all times of the day due to the 24/7 open hours including the staff that should be here but isn’t many times Of which I’ve visited. I would say this is dealing with poor management to say the least but could be under staffing as well but either way this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and much of my time wasted for something as simple products that the store carries that the gas station down the street doesn’t carry.Poor and unacceptable way of operation. I’ll be sure to pick out a new Circle K Location; The Powell location that I have visited frequently on trips to work or to busy family nearby has tenfold the quality in a positive manner compared to this location. The assistant manager that I met at the Powell location was actually covering a shift during third shift when an individual that was supposed to work wasn’t there. she was kind and professional and very helpful trying to locate items that I was looking for in particular. What I expected to happen here would be something similar to the Powell location in particular that I stopped at recently but here we are with nothing positive to say about this location. Also, I assume that the ice must be free to take since it’s not locked up while no one‘s here? Hence fourth photo attached to show proof of such. Very disappointed in how poor of experience this was and how this has happened just like this in past.0 out of 5 stars!!! I’d recommend keep driving in my opinion.

Just stopped here for something to drink and the nice lady told us it was on her, it was very nice of her and very much appreciated.

The customer service is horrible!!!! The manager Dave does not care at all how customers are treated and the staff is very disrespectful. I will never step foot into another circle K because of this location.

My husband always leaves the house really early and he would stop at Circle K to get his coffee the employees were always very friendly and coffee was hot and good,,,,, but then the coffee machines were changed. Now you have all these specialty coffees and all he wanted was a regular cup of coffee but he couldn’t figure out how to get a regular black coffee so he stopped going there. Not everyone wants a latte.

I was a transfer out from Erie Pennsylvania. When I moved to Ohio I started to work here. The assistant manager is awesome and really strives to make the store the best it can be! She even left her really good job to work here! It is too bad that that manager is as lazy as she is. Two days of work here is all i could do, and i almost left the second day before the end of my shift. This is by far the most disgusting place i have ever worked. I worked in a kitchen where we scrubbed grime off of the floor with anti-grease pads and this store made that look pleasant. The manager made her two brand new people clean her store because the next day she had a store review. While we cleaned she was in her locked office watching television and eating for most of her shift. The floor is a different color under the mats, there was so much dust under the chip shelf that even after mopping it stained the floor gray. There were spills under appliances no one ever cleaned up, I found cockroaches amongst other large bugs, the bathroom has black grime under the sink, even under the garbage the floor is a different color. I will never be returning here, not even to shop. It's too bad because the employees are awesome.
