This was my first time visiting and a gentleman came up to me while I was vacuuming and offered to wash my mats for me, he then brought me a air freshener for free and was very polite, the wash itself was okay, Michael or Mitch whoever came out definitely made my visit, I will be returning!

I went through the wash, expecting my car to be clean. Most of it was. However the bugs, from various states from recent travel, only got a bath rather than removed. I questioned it & was told I needed to buy the bug "upgrade" for that. During my travels, I went through a regular wash, no attendant, no upsell. Just $12 & it did a wonderful job & the bugs were gone. Needing to buy an upgrade for a thorough wash just shows how the machines are now programmed to not clean your car unless you contribute extra to the corporate greed.

I have to give a big thank-you to Caleb for the dedication he showed when assisting me. I’ve never visited this location until now, or any other WhiteWater for that matter. After my experience here, I have to thank all the staff for their diligence and their friendliness. They ensured that all my needs were met in a timely manner.
