One year they will charge you $50 to complete your taxes, the next year they'll charge you $150 and won't say a word about the price increase until they already did the work.I had a question about my taxes and the response I received was "your return is pretty straightforward, not sure what questions you have".

I’ve had this company doing my taxes for the last 17 years. Received a letter saying they were canceling my services due to increased workload. Apparently being loyal to their customers that have been with them for a while is not important to them. Also customers that we’ve referred to them that have not been there as long had us have not been sent a cancellation letter.

This was just a such a huge waste of time. Steve is very unprofessional. We dropped our information off in April as of June my husband and I still have no idea about our taxes. Steve did file an extension. We were lied to time and time again. When someone looked at our taxes we were told more information was needed. You would have thought a true professional would have made us aware that more was needed which wasn't done. If you want a professional to prepare your taxes STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
