I would highly recommend Welling and Co. Jewelers. So very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I felt like it ended up being all hands on deck and they jumped through hoops trying to fulfill my request for a certain color of chocolate diamonds I had in mind. They listened and had great suggestions. They made a beautiful anniversary band for me and at my request, modified my wedding rings. This entailed using black rhodium, and not usually done in-house. Because they were not pleased with the quality of work that was done once returned to them, they invested in the expensive process to be able to do this in-house. They really worked with us and I am very appreciative of all of the time and effort that was provided to fulfill my request.

Excellent experience with selling my golden piece. They took it, tested it and gave me the estimate. All the staff members are very nice and respectful to the customers. They have also repairing service and selling great things. I would for sure recommend them for everyone.

Josh was a fantastic jeweler for my soon-to-be fiance and I. We had some very specific wants for the ring and even changed our ideas halfway through. We ended up getting a custom designed blue marquis diamond ring and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
Josh was a consistent communicator and patient throughout the whole process, never pushing us to go in another direction and he kept us well within budget. I strongly recommend working with Welling on any custom jewelry you may need.

Took my watch here to be resized after a failed attempt of my own. When I saw how nice this place is and how beautiful their inventory and displays are... I half expected to feel like my broken watch band would be a nuisance. I was SO wrong to think that.
Staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Treated my watch like it was a Rolex (it's not?), and even though it was my first visit, they made me feel like an old friend.
The repair on my watch was quick and very reasonable for the high level of service rendered.
I HIGHLY recommend Welling & Co. Jewelers.
