If I could give this place zero stars then I would because after waiting three weeks for her appointment, not even a minute after the appointment time started they were extremely dismissive and rude to my immigrant aunt who understands and speaks English because of her race and her accent. They terminated her appointment after she was already there and waiting, and had the audacity to tell her to come back with someone who speaks English. 0/10. Would not recommend

The vision center is okay. Most times I see the workers standing socializing amongst themselves or with employees from other departments. This past visit in the midst of getting fitted for new glasses an employee from another department actually interrupted us just to say hi . Unprofessional I thought. Forget trying to reach anyone by phone. An operator had to keep transferring me back to the Vision center 4x and never did answer.

I live in another state and was traveling through here and accidentally broke my glasses. one of the strings that hold the lens in broke. I carried them in at 9am when they opened and at 9:15 they were fixed. On top of that they did not charge me to fix them. Told me that was their policy on minor repairs. Either way I could not be happier with the service. Well done Walmart.

Very pleased with my eye appointment. I was taken care of quickly and professionally. Total time was 30 minutes. Very clean and pleasant space. $65 for an eye exam with no insurance

Every time I have gone to see Dr. Braun, she has been personable, easy to talk to, and most importantly of all, thorough. Last year I went to a national chain to get a good deal on two pairs of bifocals and a "free eye exam;" and well, the exam was perfunctory, and the prescription was wrong. You get what you pay for. I went back to Dr. Braun, who did a complete exam and was able to help me save money by arranging to use my new frames from the other place when my new are made!Never again will I shop around!

Gregory is a lifesaver! We were visiting from Vegas for the WGI competition and my son lost his right contact during his performance. Gregory and his manager were able to assist us right away with a replacement! That's great customer service in a pinch!

We are traveling to Louisville KY for hockey. As we are driving down I75, my son realizes that he has forgotten his contacts at home. We stop at the West Chester Walmart Vision Center, store #2309, hoping that they can help us out. Mary and Bill immediately started working on it. They called our regular Walmart Vision Center, got the prescription, and we had a pair of contacts in less than 15 minutes. Great job, Bill and Mary! Kathy, at the Beavercreek store, store #2124, thank you for helping us out so quickly! You all are the reason we keep going back to Walmart. Outstanding customer service!
