Everyone in the store seems to be in a great mood whenever I go. Especially the pharmacy. Turner, and Christina are always a joy to work with. I’ve been going through some stuff recently and they always bring a smile to my face, and are always super helpful. Thank you so much you don’t even know how much I appreciate it. And for the bad reviews… Cut people a break we all have our moments. Imagine being in their shoes. I have and it’s not always pleasant so please cut them a slight break.

I went into this pharmacy hoping to get my prescription filled. When I handed my sheet over the counter. The lady copied it, did something with her computer and said it would be at least 20-30 minutes and asked if I wanted to schedule it or wait there. I chose to wait there as it was just easier. After approximately 30 minutes I walked back inside to see that the pharmacist who helped me made eye contact with me and walked to the back where her coworker was. She then had her coworker tell me that they only had ten of the SIXTY tablets that was for my prescription. Are you kidding me? You couldn't have checked before telling me that I had to wait THIRTY MINUTES??? Every other time I have had this filled at other locations they have checked to see if they actually had the amount needed. This lady was extremely lazy and was obviously trying to avoid me with how she knew her effort and behavior was going to affect my day. Very unprofessional.

I have been a Walgreens customer for over 10 years. Today, I had a really bad experience at the photo department at two of their locations in Ohio, including this store. I think it's time for Walgreens to get rid of all their obsolete cameras and send their photographers to some sort of training. I can't imagine that I could not take a passport picture because all the camera batteries they had were dead!

I literally just left here at 8:30pm On 5/26/2022 after the manager lied to my face. I made a chime deposit of $500 and wanted to do a second deposit of $500. She said the Walgreens policy is they do not do that. However I’ve done this every week at this current location every week until now? I looked up ‘policy’ as she said. Nothing. I looked up chime details and I can make up to $1,000 3x a day at any Walgreens.

Terrible experience with the photo department, so lazy. It took several calls for somebody to show up and finally gave me the photos with a very poor quality. I had to return the photos.

Ordered pics and went to pick them up. Had three other items. Got pics and put stuff on counter to pay for everything. Young woman behind counter told me to pay upfront. I asked if I could pay here since I was already here, and she replied, “I’m kind of busy”. There was one person behind me. I realize she likely had digital pictures printing out that needed her expertise to box them up, but there was no need to be rude or make me feel like her time was more valuable than my own. It would have taken simply some good customer service and three minutes of time to do the right thing. Shamefully bad service.

I went in to pick up some pictures that I had printed. I pressed the button for service and it went off several times over the loudspeaker that someone needed help in photo. The cashiers just looked over at me and didn't move to help even after they helped everyone in their line. A manager came out twice from the back to do something at their registers and walked right past me without offering help. I just set down my other items and left. Hopefully I can get some service tomorrow.

Absolutely worst pharmacy I've ever used, especially the pharmacist Kevin who I will be getting the full name of to make a formal complaint at Walgreens.
