Went in for my COVID vaccine and the staff was all there, but didn't want to give me my second vaccine. Time was 12:50p, but would take the time to administer it. Poor customer service.

I dont ever ever go in Walgreens as I generally find their prices to be too high. On this particular day, I stopped in on a recommendation of a friend, to look for Christmas lights. I had just come from yet another Walmart pickup up the street to again find they didnt have lights left. I walked right in to the seasonal aisle and bam, they actually had a selection of lights! They seemed decent and there was a really good sale going on if you joined their free rewards program. The staff at the registers were really nice and walked me through registration and benefits. The store seemed well organized and clean! I walked away with a great deal on some LED outdoor lights that will hopefully at least last the season!

I had my passport photos taken at this location on 1/7/2020 with the intention of using them for my upcoming passport appointment at a post office. Today when I went in for that, the person working told me that the photos taken weren't acceptable, as there was not a big enough gap at the top. He told me that half of the time passport photos are WRONG from Walgreens. Since the post office can take them and I didn't want to go through the hassle of rescheduling, I decided to pay $15 and re-take them there. I called this location and explained that I no longer had my receipt, but the back of the photo envelope had the date, store number, associate's name, and the order number. The woman working was extremely rude and put me on a hold that ended up ringing as a new call to which she answered and did not know it was me. She told me she had spoken with the manager and there was nothing they could do. They literally scammed me out of $15 and told me they wouldn't even be able to give me a store credit. She then says to me something along the lines that I "shouldn't have waited a month" to call them about the sitation when she clearly didn't listen to me and know that my appointment had been TODAY! How was I supposed to know they took the photos wrong? I get that $15 is not that much to lose, however when you are a college student that money matters. She had no reason to be defensive, especially since Walgreens was in the wrong. Since this location isn't too close to where I live as a student, I decided to stop by a store in KY where I was. The individual working allowed me explain my sitation and offered to either re-take my photos or give me a store credit. Wow, what a difference! I will never return to this location and my advice is to get your passport photos taken at USPS because they actually know what they're doing.
