i bought a car from them yesterday. it was an all day process because we had to jump through multiple hoops (my fault) but the employees where patient and helpful throughout the entire process! shout out to tj for helping me find the perfect car! highly recommend!!

I purchased a car from here two months ago. I learned that they gave me repo keys meaning i can start my engine but not lock or unlock my doors. When i called them that day they sent a key replacement person out to create one but he said there was a part missing from my door for him to create a key. Unlimited Auto Group said they would cover the cost of the part and making a key. I now have not heard back from this location or the key replacement guy. I can not lock my car that I am making monthly payments on. When I called today to follow up a third time because I was told they would get back to me… they said it was not their problem and that I could just go to another key replacement place but they would not cover the cost of creating a key or the part. My car had mold on every seat belt strap and they said they would have their team clean it but they did not even pull the straps out all the way to fully wipe it down so even after it being cleaned I had to go in and detail the car to remove the mold from the seat belts and back seats. The Manager at this location has been horrible to work with. He does not call back when he says he will. He goes back on his word after he promises to fix something for you. This has been a horrible experience. How can I not even lock my own car. The least that I should get with a car is a damn key. A regular key. Not a key fob. Just a simple key to lock and unlock my doors. I do not recommend Unlimited Auto Group.

We called to verify that a car we saw online was still available, that our appointment was still set, and we were informed everything is good to go. The purpose of us calling was to make sure we didn’t waste a drive if the car was no longer available, seeing that we’re from Columbus and this place is an hour and a half drive away. Since it was confirmed that it was available, we made the trip. We drove all that way just for the salesperson to tell us that it has been sold once we arrived. She was friendly and tried to help my sister look at other cars in her budget but we were not feeling them at all. The cars really need some more work before they’re put on the lot or the prices decreased.

I contacted them about the car I was interested in. I was busy and was told to call them before coming so they could get it ready. I tried calling beforehand but no one answered, so I went.The lot was crammed with cars. I looked at a few and they were all filthy inside. The salesperson was very nice. The car I wanted was filthy inside and stank. I asked if anything was wrong with it and was told no, and nothing was stated on Car Edge, but the fuel economy listed was for a NEW one, not an 8-yo one. I took it for a drive and it was clear that they had wiped all driving data from it so there was not enough fuel economy data (it was at less than 15mpg and 60 miles). Also, there was something going on with the brakes. I'm no mechanic and I didn't notice anything else.When I went in, another person asked for my zip code and came back with a markup of $1,000 for taxes when it should've been about half that. I was told that the owner MIGHT be willing to fix the brakes but would then not be willing to budge on the price.Personally, it seems like the owner is stingy and doesn't understand the value of detailing cars so they sell faster and get a better price. This tells me that a lot of the cars on the lot are probably not good. I won't be going back.

This was one of the best experiences I have had at a dealership. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Quinn the saleswoman understood what I was looking for and was extremely helpful and patient. I would recommend stopping by unlimited auto if your in the market for a car. Ask for Quinn

STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! They do not service their cars. they will tell you there aren't any issues with the car, but 3 weeks in my car has several of issues and Im completely stuck with it. they would not go down on the price at all either. DO NOT BE TEMPTED BY THE LOW PRICE! Completely un-professional. DO NOT BUY!

Unprofessional, they lied to us : by phone 2x told us car doesn't have any problems, we said by phone we'd arrived at 6 pm, traveled 4 hours one way to see car and were ready to buy it, but the car had a lot of problems, electrical problems, battery is empty, inside is dirty, no gas, tires were at end of life with a plug, we are very disappointed , rating: 0! We are happy because we didn't make a purchase.

I suspect their sales person and sales manager are in Cahoots with each other making sure their inventory doesn’t sell unless they are getting their commission. I made very fair offers on two different vehicles within 10 days and these guys wouldn’t budge. The thing is on one of these vehicles, the car fax reported the price as being $2,000 over. I was requesting like a 750 reduction. Also, was paying with cash and for some reason cash just turns these car lots off these days.

This dealership is not to be trusted!!!!!! I would not recommend anyone buy from there. I was sold a car the had complete engine failure the same day I drove off the lot. I immediately called them ans they told me I was not able to switch out the vehicle for another although my lender said I would be able too. The Manager had me take the car to a Bob Summeral which I did. As Excepted I was told it was the engine and it needed to be replaced. The manager at Unlimited Auto Group said that he was going to replace the engine, but wanted his own mechanic to do it. A month later I got the call saying my car was ready. Once I arrived to pick up the car, the mechanic informed me that the dealership didn't want to pay for another engine, which I was told they would do. Instead they wanted him to do a patch job. He told me the engine would fail eventually. I called the dealership and spoke with a salesman because thr manager did not want to come to the phone. He told the salesman to tell me that he paid $2000 and would not do anymore, when I asked why he didn't just replace the engine, I was told they didn't want to swap out one with so many miles(I had already agreed to the switch, knowing about the miles) I told them I was ok with the swap. I was then informed that they would not be putting anymore money into the vehicle. This is my sad story WARNING TO ALL Not a Good dealership!!!!!

I had a stellar experience buying my new to me car here. Thanks guys. I found about the dealership through Carfax. I looked at several on their lot and if it wasn't the car for me, in my price range, or condition I wanted I just went on to the next one.
